Very unprofessional! Use them at your own risk because they might just leave you hanging like they did me! I called to set up carpet cleaning service for the home that I’m moving out of last Tuesday and they scheduled for today (Monday) between 10A-​12P. Received a confirmation call from them at 8 this morning saying they will definitely be here between 10 – 12. I’m waiting for them at the house and get a call at 10:40 from them telling me that they aren’t coming at all today because they have an emergency they have to handle. I have to turn in keys to landlord and do walk through today! I scheduled this to be my last day at old house with my landlord specifically because these guys said they’d be here today. I explained this to them and it changed nothing. Now I’ve got an emergency to deal with – I’m stuck with dirty carpets and trying to find someone else to do the job that offers same day service. They may have cost me a $ 1300 deposit. Smh. If 0 star rating was possible they would get it.
