Been living in Vegas for 2 years and the closest Whataburger is in Arizona. So every time I come home I always come to this Whataburger. This is the same one I’ve been coming to since I was in school and it just brings back good memories.

I like this location, the employees provide great customer service, I especially like the lady in the drive through named Donna, she was very nice, very helpful, and seemed to like what she does.

Horrible service. It took them 12 minutes to bring out my food, and when they finally did, the employee literally threw the food at me. The food was horrible, as my burger looked as if it was put together by a 5 year-old. For the time I waited I atleast expected good service (I was polite) and decent food. With that being said, this will be the last time I visit this location.

No different that any other Whataburgers. The breakfasts, like at all fast food places, is not any good. The rest of the day, the burgers and chicken are great. They used to play the oldies, I don’t know if they still do that, but that added to the traditional atmosphere, along with the old photos on the wall. They also used to have a free newspaper available to read while there. The past few times it wasn’t there and I miss that.

After moving to Texas a few months ago, I’ve endured many conversations with native Texans who told me to try Whataburger… maybe it was this particular restaurant in Tomball or that Texans like to play a joke on newbies, but this was just HORRIBLE!
First, food was cold. Really cold and I don’t live more than 2 minutes away. My cheeseburger had so much mustard it was all I could taste.
I may try again a different Whataburger just because I usually give a place a second chance, but this was pretty bad.

We have been so disappointed in the service and the food for the past several times that we have gone to this Whataburger. The food has been cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The milkshakes had too much syrup and we couldn’t even drink them and the fries were cold. We used to love this place and now we won’t go back!

1) World’s best ketchup in packets big enough so you don’t have to open 17 of them
2) Open 24 hours
3) honey chicken biscuit? YES PLEASE!
4) Wheat buns on a chicken sandwich
5) So good one of my best friends has it as her first meal every time she comes home from Germany
