The food is good but they are always under staffed because every time I call for a delivery its a 45-an hour wait. I live 5 minutes from there. If you pick up its 15 minutes.

This week the food critics from toms river north visited our buddies over at bubbakoos burritos. Bubbakoos hooked us up with delicious egg rolls which had a hint of spices which gave it great flavor. We also were given free tater tots, fries, and drinks which we are thankful for. Finally I was able to try the burrito along with others and I can say it was better than chipotle. Bubbakoos had an awesome atmosphere and felt like home and look forward to going back for seconds and I’ll have to try the chiwawa due to my friends saying theirs hit the spot

Love this place but lately I’ve been very let down. Today they messed up my simple chicken and shrimp Burrito. Some how it wound up being shredded chicken and buffalo shimp. When I corrected him he really didn’t seem to thrilled to fix his mistake. So needless to say I bought a lunch that was gross AND WAS CHARGED FULL PRICE.
They seem more worried about saying hi and trying to up sell you on some guacamole or mango salsa or a desert.
They should worry about getting the order right.
I’d would much rather go to Chipotle and get e. coli as long as they get my order right.

As soon as you walk in you get greeted with lots of positive energy! The place is always clean and the service is awesome. They raised their prices slightly not too long ago, which I know annoyed a lot of people. In my opinion this is one of there best locations in NJ!

This is my second visit and I love the radiating upbeat atmosphere! The girls are all so sweet and concerned about customer satisfaction. Not to mention the banging burritos with an option of mango salsa!
An added bonus: free wifi

I love this franchise so much, but it seems like the more that they expand, the smaller their burritos have become. I used to have leftovers after ordering from them, but now I can finish a burrito w in five mine of receiving my food. And the shredded pork rice bowl should not consist of a whole piece of pork w out any tries of being pulled.

Love this place ! I’ve only been there for lunch, and I didn’t want to leave. you can’t move. .Burritos are huge and you put whatever ingredients that you want in it. Delicious. Some people complain it’s not cheap. basically 10+.but it’s good quality food. Go to McDonald’s for 7 or 8 then. I was kicking myself for never trying the rice bowl. OMG ! Shredded pork with sriracha sauce. Need one closer to my house ! Maybe not though.

Was thoroughly dissapointed.
I ordered a steak bowl with nothing extra and it was $ 10.15
There was barely any steak and the man put way too many jalapeños.
The people working didn’t have a great attitude either.

I LOVEEEE this place. Whenever I am in the neighborhood I can’t go on with my day without stopping by. I always get a burrito or bowl full of brown rice, pinto beans, chicken and other goodies. Always good and always satisfied.

I heard plenty of raves about Bubbakoo’s but I don’t get the hype. The beef was not seasoned at all, sooo bland. The portions are large and service was good but they have got to step up their seasoning.

Food is good and actually fresh. You can call in a To-Go order and it’s ready by the time my husband drives there. Just know, they don’t deliver anymore even though Unilocal says that they do.

I’m mixed about this place. They’re okay, but for the price, I think I expected more.
The serving was generous in terms of the rice, veggies and sauce but the meat was definitely skimpy.
Service and cleanliness were okay.
So far, tried the Taco Salad and the A1 steak burrito. The taco salad I suppose is the best deal since you get a generous serving of vegetables. The A1 steak burrito was tasty but the serving of the meat was just not enough.
Chips with salsa were $ 1.99 not too bad since you get a whole bag but beware, it’s just one small cup of salsa.
Tip: Don’t try the buffalo sauce and that’s not even a dare.

Coming from Southern California, we were a little skeptical, but it’s pretty close to home! We had tacos and taco salad, with ground beef and buffalo chicken. DELICIOUS and FRESH! Definitely come — best food around!

I thoroughly enjoyed Bubbakoo’s. The staff was the first thing that caught my attention because they were so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with the whole selection process as well.
Bubbakoo’s reminded me a lot of the Chipotle chain. You pick your meat then you choose your toppings. I got the chicken and shrimp burrito. I chose black beans, cheese, rice, corn, sour cream, and mild salsa as my toppings. It was phenomenal. I was super full about halfway through due to the size of the burrito. It truly hit the spot.
Overall, Bubbakoo’s was delicious. The combination of the staff and the food made it an easy choice to give it a solid 4 star review. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Clean facility, good prices, good food. Little skimpy on meat-and they charge extra. HOWEVER, the service, taste and quality make up for it.
If you are from around the area and know of Surf Taco, it is a lot like that, but no bar, and less to choose from.
I enjoy that it is build your own, but would love it if they had brown rice.
Overall, the experience was really fun. My kids and I all left there laughing and smiling.
Can’t wait to go back!
