Really saved us! The Computer Hospital was friendly and inviting from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed talking with the owners/​«Doctors». My daughter’s hard drive for school was unreadable. Even though we have an extended warrantee that would replace the unit, she needed the files on it and couldn’t wait the week + another store had offered. We went to the Computer Hospital the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They immediately checked the unit and started the process to retrieve the files. It was done that evening, but we had missed an important file. So that night, actually closing time, they started the process again and we picked it up first thing Friday morning. All the files were retrieved! Thank you so much! I recommend them to everyone.

I had a great experience there. My desktop will not start. They were able to look at it right away. Replace the power supply from a tower they had for sale. I bought a 1 TB drive and case that I will use as backup. They scanned it over within 20 minutes. They could not be more helpfull or nicer.

I needed a power cord for my laptop. I can get a new one from my warranty company, but it takes weeks. I explained my problem to them, and they found me a used one for $ 25 rather than sell me a universal cord for $ 50-​$ 75. I also love the story of the «Nun on the run» who started the company. I am visiting here, but happy to support a small, local company. They were courteous and went the extra mile to save me a few dollars. Hooray for the Computer Hospital!
