Scumbags. They don’t update their address anyplace online including here on Unilocal. When you can’t find the place and call on the phone the owner gives you a attitude. They are located in the middle of nowhere in western Toms River and when you get in front of the place you still can’t find them. Some sort of corrupt politician made these jerks«official police towing» Rip off at it’s finest. If they were not assigned to do police towing they would be out of business in one week.

Had Geico tow my car to my body shop from jersey to queens, and they used this company. It took them 3 days to complete the tow. They were rude and disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs. Geico should switch vendors immediately.

After I broke a shock bolt on my motorcycle, I called Geico for tow service. Fella named Matt showed up. He was knowledgeable about bikes and how to properly load and tow, extremely communicative, calling several times to tell me where he was and when he’d arrive, and super friendly. Not sure why the other reviewers had bad experiences but Matt was awesome.

I completely agree with everyone else: this company is unreliable and should not be used. Geico uses it, and says«they’re the best we have – really take care of your car.» Absolutely not. They should be ashamed to use this company. My experience was the following: After an accident two days ago my car was towed(I don’t know if by them) approximately one mile away to a body shop. It was supposed to be picked up the next day at 10:45AM to be towed 3 miles away to the Volvo dealer’s body shop to be looked at by Geico and fixed. At 3:30 I got a call from the police of a community 20 miles south, saying my car was«left by the side of the road» and did I know anything about it. Several phone calls with the police and Geico later I was informed that«the tow truck broke down» and the car would be delivered in about an hour to the Volvo dealer. When I asked why the car was 20 miles south of the dealership I was told that Diamondback was towing it to their facility«to save money on the overnight fee charged at the other place.» I told them that the car was not supposed to be left another night, that it was supposed to be picked up at 10:45AM that day and taken directly to Volvo. No one could tell me why it was towed 20 miles south. At 4:30 Geico said they had just talked to Diamondback and it was«being delivered now.» At 5:30, another phone call. It would be delivered in «about an hour.» At 7:15 I went to the dealer just to confirm that the car was there. No car. I went home, called Geico owing department, who spoke with«Mike» who said they were delivering it as we were speaking. The truck had had a «flat tire»(remember the story of this morning/afternoon before they said they were delivering the car). No explanation why the car was towed 20 miles south, or why it was left alone by the side of the road(remember, the police were called and found me by looking up the license plate). At 8:15, finally, our Volvo salesman called me to tell me the car had finally been delivered. Many fishy stories that do not make sense. Don’t use them; tell Geico, if you’re in the Jersey Shore area, to use someone else.

Showed up 5 hours after the proposed ETA. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone and when I did they were very rude. I would sooner push my car than ever use this service again.
