Not a wide selection of craft supplies and no employees to be found on the floor for help.

It’s a hard store to rate. They have a top notch stock of craft supplies, but their prices are way in left field. It’s one of the most expensive stores you could ever visit for pretty much anything related to DIY or arts & crafts.
A framing department exists in the back of the store, I was absolutely blown away to learn that a plain old conventional frame for an 18×24 poster was quoted to be over $ 400.
It’s not an issue that exists only at this Michael’s, but all of them — the store in Eatontown is no different in regard to pricing.
For art and craft supplies — if you can’t find it anywhere, you’ll find it at Michael’s, but it will cost you. Amazon continues to be the better option.
