I had first gone to Vision Works because I saw it on my way to Pearle Vision. I have a prescription and wanted new frames and lenses. I liked the first place but thought they didn’t have any high end designer brands. They were very nice there and when I said I preferred men’s frames as opposed to small dainty women’s frames the women that worked there all said they own men’s frames as well. I have a larger face and feel these fit me better. So I decided to drive over to Pearle to see if they had better options. As soon as I walked in the door a young girl from behind the counter greeted me. I walked towards the men’s side. She said the women’s frames are on this side. She started smirking and let out a small laugh and sarcastically said«well if that’s what you want I guess to each his own» she then proceeded to be completely impatient with me and rolling her eyes and making comments to Her coworker. I immediately walked out and went back to Vision Works where I made my purchase and received nothing but professional and polite treatment.

I’ve had only the best experiences here with both the docs and the sales staff. They bend over backwards to help you. I go somewhat upscale in glasses — custom Silhouettes — which are pretty much unbreakable. I’m talented, though — after diligently dropping/sitting/sleeping/dancing on mine(not exaggerating) at least daily for a year, I finally succeeded in killing them. Logistically was challenging — can’t come in. They mailed me mine, fixed, in two business days flat. Note they need to be fixed off-site. Stellar!

Have been going to this location for many years and have always received great service. Dr. Stefan always explains everything in terms I can understand. which I greatly appreciate. I never have to wait long for my appointment to begin. I highly recommend and will continue to be a patient & customer for years to come. –Susie B

So i have a new health care and vision plan and shopped around for eye doctors. apparently this dump showed up. I call them asking if the defiantly take my insurance and they claim they did. Of course they cant«answer before the exam» of how much i’ll pay initially. So i get the exam and pay 95 dollars for contact exam. Okay no problem. I have to do a «follow up exam» 3 weeks later and pay 20 dollar co pay. oh no wait!.. they tell me i have a balance of 40 as well! hahahahaha so now my 95 dolalr exam turned into $ 155 i could have went anywhere for that!!! ANYWHERE yet they take my insurance. I call up my vision plan and they said no they are not a provider. So they scammed me into using them and unfortunately what am i supposed to do? they already f***ed with my eyes so now i need to get contacts. I took my prescription and left. i will NEVER use this place again. Pearl Vision in general are bunch of scam artists Word to the wise if you are going there, i would double check with your insurance to make sure they actually accept you. If i would have went to a REAL provider, I would have paid about 60 dollars.
