Ramada Inn

I just stayed at the Atlantic MOTEL in Point Pleasant, and the staff was 10x nicer. I waited and watched the front desk lady at the Ramada check in 2 other couples before me. Everything went smooth, as soon as I gave her my card, she made me sign some disclosure for not smoking and how I would be charged $ 150.00 bucks if i do. The other couples before me, did not get presented with this form. Plus Ramada inn fails to tell anyone, that they «hold $ 50.00» on-​top of your bill, «just in-​case» you damage anything in your room. These type of places, you have to pay with a pre-​paid visa card. You simply can not trust places like this. its a shame because the rooms are nice, internet/​TV is nothing special. Your paying for the name pretty much and the staff is just joke. Never staying here again.

Room was clean, nice linens, everything adequate EXCEPT wifi was awful and couldn’t watch TV as picture was pixelated. Very frustrating.
