RACIST — do not patron. Mother-in-Law and I walked in to ask about mani/pedi availability. We thought it was the place our friend, who raves about her male manicurist, goes to. We couldn’t remember his name so we asked if she had any guys working. It went like this: Me: Do you have any guys working? She: No, we don’t have any Asians here. Me: No, I said guys. We think our friend comes here and has her nails done by a guy. She: Oh.(silent pause) Asians are so dirty. Me: Your mind is what’s dirty and we will not patron your business.

My daughter’s and I have been coming here since it opened. Great place. Great atmosphere. Everyone that works there is so pleasant. Our hair comes out just the way we expect and more. Thank you for the great styles and smiles every time we get our hair, manicures, and pedicures!

I went here several months ago after buying a groupon for highlights and cut. What a terrible job. After I brought pictures and was very specific, this woman who did my hair basically decided to do what she felt looked best… otherwise I can just assume she had zero knowledge of chemicals. I left with brassy orange stripes. I was so upset I immediately left and drove crying to another salon nearby called Shear Glamour. Thank God they squeezed me in, calmed my nerves, and fixed the mess that woman made. I don’t advise this place for hair.

Got a groupon fr a mani pedi. Got the gel polish and it was not very well done. The toes were okay but not great. it looks like i could have done it myself. The girl was very nice and friendly however, did not to a good job. I got home and the gel peeled off my finger. Wasn’t happy with the nails.

Oh so you don’t cut toenails for your pedicures? That is what was cut incorrectly that caused the pain in my toe… I have never been contacted by anyone from the salon.

I would never go back to RJ Salon. I had the groupon for paraffin mani/pedi. The girl was nice but just wiped the paraffin off and starting painting, no massage or cuticles. My cuticles look like a mess(isn’t that the reason for a manicure). I am pretty disappointed and would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

My mom bought me the Groupon mani/pedi for my birthday. She was so excited to take me but was in tears after because she felt so bad for how TERRIBLE the service was. Place was clean but they don’t cut cuticles or massage. The girl took the paraffin wax off my hands and just started painting my nails. No rinse, no rub nothing. The polish never dried because of the oils and it wiped off in the car. My mom talked to the owner and she said massages aren’t included in the service. So $ 60 to get our nails painted is what it was. All the workers were loud blatantly flaunting going out for a smoke break together. The one hairdressers response to her client saying she didn’t want her highlights too blonde was«I know, you don’t want like white trash look» o_o Save your money!!!

I bought a groupon for mani/pedi with paraffin and I loved it! I was skeptical about this place from the past reviews but I had a great experience. They treated me like a full price paying customer. I’m giving a 4 star because they didn’t use the foot scrub cream. Although scrubbed my heels but not for a long time. Staff was nice and clean salon.

So i bought a groupon for a mani, pedi, and parafin treatment. I had jenny, sweet girl very persobable– did a TERRIBLE Job on my fill in, and a half job on my pedicure. It looks like a two year old painted my nails– she didnt even use a drill to shape them. I had to come home reshape and file my nails down. They look Horrible. Smh.

Pam did a great job, love my cut and color. The girl I spoke to when making my appointment told me it was no extra charge for long hair. After my cut and color was done they told me whoever said that was wrong. Instead of honoring what I was told by one of their employees, I was charged extra. On the plus side, it was only $ 10 more. Which is a lot less then most places have charged me! I will definitely be going back to see Pam again.

Went once when they had their opening specials. Had people in a wedding booked before me which took forever. Took almost 45 minutes for me to even get my hair washed. The haircut it self was so-so. I had to ask the stylist to straighten it because she made it look wavy– and I specifically said to edge it out. Not make it look«pretty». My sideswept bangs were pretty much a lost cause though… But since they had just opened, I’ll give them another shot. Wouldn’t go there without a Groupon/coupon/special though!

so… i go there after work today, 8÷20÷12, and not only inquire if they have an opening for a pedcure, but also a wax(eyebrow/lip), there are 4 people there, i’m assuming the owner, her daughter, i’m thinking the receptionist, and a patron getting a facial wax. i was asked when i wanted these services, and seeing the lack of business, i replied… now? the worst and most expensive pedicure i’ve ever endured!!! not only did they not cut my cuticles, but they didn’t even put an over coat on my glitter polish i chose!!! and, they obviously didn’t want the business for the wax(thank god, because they are way toooo expensive!!! $ 30.00 for a really bad ped, and they want $ 22.00 for lip and brow wax!!! insanity!!! way too expensive for non quality work!!! never again!!!
