This spa left something to be desired. It wasn’t by any means a bad experience, but it also wasn’t exceptional and I would probably go elsewhere to get spa services. I scheduled a 50 minute massage. The locker room seems very dated to me and un spa like. There wasn’t a huge robe size selection (almost all of them were small) and the robes were mismatched. I don’t think any spa should have mismatching robes, it is a little skeevy. If I am going to pay $ 90 for a massage I expect a better, more tranquil environment which you can find somewhere else. If they could change the look and feel of this spa, it would be a lot better.

The scalp massage felt like a two year old was playing connect the dots on my head. It was suppose to be twenty five but I looked at clock she only did 15. Still tipped 20%. Will never get one again. I was so angry. What a waste. I have checked everywhere and scalp massages usually include a scalp oil??? And better prices. You guys are too expensive. Woodhouse in Red Bank is better. I actually had a headache afterwards. I went in with one and came out with a worse headache. The worst thing about it the woman would put her hands and massage my face in between absolutely disgusting! Avoid Lisa. Facials ok. Also she had a bad attitude.

This was my first visit, I called at the last minute and scheduled a manicure and massage for that day. I was pleasantly surprised to get the appointments (I wanted a pedicure as well but they had no appointments available) The Spa was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and professional I will definitely be going back for additional services.
The only negative comment would be that they could use a bit of an update but it did not detract from the overall experience I’m not paying for décor but a nice overstuffed chair or sofa would be nice and the lighting in the spa relaxing area could be a bit less bright.
I was very satisfied with my services and will schedule a mani/pedi and facial for next visit!
