My husband always eats here for lunch and raves how good they are. But tonight we ordered a thin square cheese 12 slices for delivery and when we received it it was cold, burnt and the cheese slid. So we sent it back and asked for a new one. When the second one arrived it was burnt again. So my husband put his shoes on and returned the pie himself. So when he talked to the owner the owner gave him his money back and told him to never come back. Now what kind of business wouldn’t want to make things right and keep your business. Especially to a repeat customer. Whom tried take his complaint to the side where the customers in the restaurant didn’t hear but the counter worker insisted on trying to embarrass my husband. He and his co worker have decided that it is not worth it to go back or order for delivery. It was a great place but now we are not so sure. Hope your experience is better then ours was.

Stopped by for lunch while waiting for my car to be fixed. They have 5 dollar lunch specials 2 slices and a can of soda. So I stepped in and i was very surprised they offer different types of pizza. Bbq chicken, White slices, buffalo and chicken ranch just to name a few. So went with the mushroom slices. Tasty pizza to say the least. Definitely will come back on my off days to have lunch

I stopped by here to grab something on my way home. I got there in time for the lunch menu and theybreallybwill ace a whole
Menu offering $ 5.00 lunch specials. It’s not like one or two items. It’s a whole menu. Informs chicken Ceasar salad wrap with French fries for $ 5.00 today you just can’t beat it. At a diner it would of been double. My wrap, which, I was expecting to be tiny because of the price, was the same size it would of been at a diner. And it was really good. Not drenched in dressing, just the right amount, and just the right amount of pepper and Parmesan cheese. I will be coming back.

Great Margarita Slices here! This place is above average when it comes to Pizzerias. I usually order in or grab a slice to go, I have never order a whole pizza from here, though they do deliver locally. The staff is very friendly and polite. The menu is that of a typical Pizzeria and prices are what you expect. What separates them in my opinion is the the crust which is thin and crispy (not burnt or hard) as well as the sauce tastes great.
What would make this place better would be longer hours especially on the weekends where they close at 9. I’d also like to see a little more variety on their menu such as adding an option for whole wheat pizzas.
A good place to grab a tasty slice on the go.

Awesome folks here. seriously nice! My first order was from the shopper coupons. ordered 2 meals for 20… delish…their vodka sauce is very good… just ordered pizza this evening and while they ran out of mushrooms they called immediately to tell me and asked what else i might want. easy peasy! Delivery arrived quickly and the pizza is out of this world. .reminding me of pizza we used to get here in Toms River 30 years ago or more, when folks cared about the quality of their food. now it’s hit or miss… but this place completely delivers!!!

I found this place the other day and walking in we got helped and got great food. They have great lunch specials. I wanted to order delivery today and called 5 times! No answer what so ever! Very disappointed that the menu says their phone number and that they deliver, and yet no one answered.

OMG I LOVE REAL PIZZA!!! I seriously crave their food and I’m not pregnant! LOL!
$ 5 lunch specials are awesome and you get a lot of food!!! I have never had a bad meal. I order lunch from them almost everyday. Best place to eat and the owners & staff are always very nice. Thank you Real Pizza for your delicious food!!!

Won’t make you sick. Fast delivery. Yummy flavorful food. Cheap.
It doesn’t get better then that, never had a bad meal (and we order at least once a week) and it is always fresh and delicious. Love The Real Pizza.

Tried them out because they are fairly close to my house. Food really didn’t stand out, seemed almost tasteless. Service was fine and the price was reasonable, just felt as though the food could use some more pizazz.

Great pizza for a great price. They have a deal for $ 24 that’s a large pie, wings, mozzerella sticks and garlic knots. We’ve never been let down. The pizza is good. Can’t go wrong.

After being out of Jersey for 4 years, I looked forward to getting back to where real (no pun intended) pizza is made. After hitting up the old, trusted spots that remain in business, I stopped in to Real Pizza.
Hands down, the best place in Toms River for pizza. Period.
I have no clue what that bad review is about, but I have had nothing but great customer service, both on the phone and in person. The girls that work the front are attentive and personable, for sure.
Just had a cheese steak pizza delivered in 10 minutes on a Friday at 5pm, now I’m gonna go enjoy the Hell out of it!

Horrible customer service! Called a few months back and ordered some expensive gourmet pizzas. they delivered the wrong order then when we called to let them know and have the correct order delivered, their delivery person had left for the day and they said they’d «get us next time». Wtf is that? So I just spent $ 30 on pizza and I can’t even get the correct pizza I ordered??? We called back at a later time and they didn’t «get us». That person had no idea what we were talking about. Not only that, but when we called to order cheesesteaks, we were told they were only doing pizzas that day, even though they have a full menu of things that are not pizza! I’ve now torn up the menu and threw it in the trash with the rest of the garbage!
