72 Degree Air Conditioning & Heating

although there was an issue was scheduling and what phone to call, 72 degrees came through. Roger came and was extremely professional. He was pleasant, and made sure to explain what the issue was that was causing my AC unit to not work correctly. Thank you for great service !

I called 72 degrees on sat evening about 6pm. I talked to a man who took the information and said we would be on the list to have it repaired 1^st thing monday morning. Well they did not show up. They said maybe on the afternoon. Nope. It is now 6 pm. And no one has bothered to show up. Do not use them.

Don’t call them! We called them at 10am in the morning on Friday. Said they would be at the house to fix our furnace around 1−3pm. They didn’t arrive until 8pm. The guy gave us a tune up and said that there was a part that was broken and would come on Saturday to fix that part. The heater still is not working. We paid close to $ 600 to fix the heater. We called them back and someone came to look at it on Monday and said the part they install was a defect. House is still cold, still waiting on them to give us a call about the part. Worst ever!

Do not use this company. The technician came out tested circuits on furnace disconnected wiring the diagnosed a bad thermostat. Quoted 400 to replace. I paid the 117 dollar service and diag fee and the tech rewired the furnace and left. Replaced the T Stat and furnace ran for a minute the stopped with a burning smell. Called 72 degrees back and after 2 days of no response called another company who came out and found the circuit to be miswired which caused the board and transformer to blow. Had them replace. Called back 72 degrees, 2 days later and several calls to office, gm calls back i explain what happened asked for refund of their fee. he stated he would talk to tech and call back, 4 days and several msg to him later no call back. Quality service is not there motto. Now i will be taking them to small claims to gain back the 750 in damage they caused to my furnace. I do not recommend this company.
