Arby’s Roast Beef

I love this place. They always get my order right (unlike most fast food places) and I can count on them to give me quality food. Every once in a while I’ll get a semi-​deflated sandwich, but most of the time they’re nice beefy sandwiches with fresh meat and fresh buns. The curly fries are amazing, and I’ve had a few bites of my son’s chicken fingers before and they are incredible, too!
The staff is always nice and they genuinely smile (unlike most places that toss your food to you through the window and turn away.) I only had an issue once where I had to complain about there not being any red ranch sauce on the bottom of my beef-​n-​cheddar sandwiches. I’m serious, there was a quarter-​sized red sog on the bottom of the bun where the sauce supposedly was and I was like, «really?» The manager suggested that I ask for a side of red ranch when I order beef-​n-​cheddars and gave me a certificate to come back (he totally didn’t have to do that but I so appreciated it.) Now I order extra red ranch and I am 100% happy!
It’s sad to see that there are rarely any cars in the lot but maybe the majority of people use the drive-​thru, which would make the lot look more empty at any given time. I hope they stay open because I love it there!
