Cleaning Specialists of WNY

I own a business and have used Cleaning Specialists Of WNY for the past 5 years for my commercial cleaning needs. The price is right and the job they do is wonderful. The are very attentive to all of my needs.
I would highly recommend their services.

Customer service is friendly and accommodating. But they’re a little odd … I purchased a Groupon for window washing. I left the coupon outside as we agreed so they could pick it up and wash the windows. I arrived home after the scheduled appointment to find that the coupon was gone but the windows were most definitely not clean.
After a couple weeks of unanswered/​unreturned calls, I finally reached them. They didn’t explain why they never washed the windows on the previously scheduled date, but they did reschedule.
This time they did wash the windows. And it was painfully obvious that they did because streaks were left on some windows. Overall, the windows don’t look any better than they did before.
I would not use them again.

I highly recommend the Cleaning Specialists of WNY. I had a Groupon that was going to expire, so I booked an appointment for them to come and clean our ducts. When they arrived and saw we were in the middle of renovations, they offered to extend the deadline on the Groupon for me until the kitchen is done. They said it would be a waste of money to do it at this time. Great customer service.
