Driving up NFB one morning I saw this Dunkin. And I realized I had not had a coffee yet. So I did a UTurn and went back to the DD. The parking lot is a easy one, sort of. Coming in its all one way, you park etc. but you realize when leaving that you are not sure which way to go. Be careful, you’ll be going out the same way you came in. When I was there there were people inside enjoying their coffee. Nice table choices and layout. My help was polite and quick. I had no issues at this DD. The cleanliness issues mentioned below were not visible when I came through. I’d stop here again when passing by.

I always pass this Dunkin and it seems as though the parking lot is always deserted. I have yet to see a single car waiting on the drive thru line even in the mornings and for any coffee shop this is rare. I decided to test it out and see for myself what this particular location was all about. I pulled up to the drive thru and nobody said anything. It was so strange. I said hello but nothing. I waited for about a minute and then decided to back my car up and try approaching the drive thru area once again. This time someone came on the speaker and asked me what I wanted. I ordered a large decaf but before I could say what kind of milk I wanted she said to pull ahead. I pulled up to the window and could see inside that the place didn’t look clean. There were dirty streaks running down the stainless steel oven which gave me the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here. If you are going to clean one thing in the place at least make it the one appliance that customers will see when they approach the drive thru. I was handed the coffee and there was some sort of brown substance all over the cup and the lid. It looked almost as if someone had dumped a pencil sharpener tool all over the cup. I couldn’t drink it because I was skeeved out and had no idea what the substance was. I waited at the window for the woman to come back because there was nobody in line behind me so I wasn’t holding anybody up. Eventually she noticed I was still waiting so she opened the window to ask what was up. I showed her the cup and she gave me a confused look. I asked her for a new cup and she turned her back and disappeared for a good two minutes. She came back but the cup she gave me still had some residue on it. I think she used the same cup but brushed off the stuff all over it. Anyways, the coffee tasted horrible and I dumped it into the garbage at the end of the drive thru area. Moral of the story is that workers here should double check what they are handing to customers. I won’t be back because cleanliness should be a top priority at any facility serving food.
