I am very pleased with the state of the property. I have been renting with this company for a while now and the staff has always been very pleasant. Kim is more than helpful, she is kind and considerate and knows everything about the job. I have never had a query that Kim could not answer. I cannot imagine the place without her in fact. Sheila is very astute in her position as well. The grounds are kept clean and the units too. I can’t write enough positive things about Uncle Bob’s on Young Street.
