Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called FOUR times trying to bring my car in for an oil change. Finally I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for the following Tuesday. They refused to take a reservation, but assured that it’d be no problem. Today before I took it in I called to be sure, and there was no availability, it was apparently packed. Furthermore, they were extremely rude on the phone. Do not buy a Groupon for this place! You will never actually get in with out waiting for hours.
