Pulled up to pump… couldn’t get it to work. Pulled up to another pump and couldn’t get that pump to work either. Went into store and shared, «This is not my first experience in pumping gas and could not get either pump to work». As she ROLLED her eyes at me she said none of the pumps were working and you had to come inside to run your credit card”. Would it not have been nice to have someone outside or possibly a NOTE on the pumps sharing with the customers that there was a glitch and come inside to run your credit card? Then to top it off… panhandlers were at the entrance asking for money. Will NEVER stop at this station again.

It’s biohazard in that men’s bathroom. The children who work here are so lazy they’re defensive when my husband tried to talk to urkle chick about it she was all,“we’re so busy.” UMMMMM no your not. This isnt even a real truck stop so u dont even know what busy is urklegirl. you’re just lazy, defensive and inexperienced. It’s that simple really. Except one guy who works the burrito part. He called out the black haired pierced up lazy chick who said she didnt give a fuck if she gets fired when he called her a slacker. The middled aged long haired cashier was pretty rude to nearly everyone who came to the counter, but that might have been because the curly haired dumbass girl with the urkle glasses(I.e. Urklegirl) was late to work? Idk. Either ways the owner/manager is a total loser for not having his staff under control… They have the Dteam working and by working I mean standing around bullshiting while the place is one call from the health department. It’s almost like a really bad spoof sitcom and I almost want to see interviews The Office style… but not really bc it’s pretty sad how bad the owner and staff are. I do have to say the burrito dude was the ONLY one cleaning and he did try to keep the place decent, but with so many horrible co-workers it must be hard. Feel for him. Go to mobile for gas to the regular ppl and the Love’s for the fellow drivers.

This truck stop is filthy from the restrooms to the flies buzzing and landing on your food prepared at the Subway, Noble Pizza and El Charro eateries. Keep driving and don’t risk your health by eating here. It has been brought to the managers attention… and she said«we always have flies».hmmm How about doing your job. and protect the health and wellbeing of the public.

In the simplest way, I felt the hospitality at this little stop along the 10 so I had to write a review. What made my day: — **free 8oz drink with gas purchase– and she gave each of our party a cup! — fairly clean bathrooms with no line — nice lady behind the counter — open 24 hours — not busy– makes for an easy relaxing stop One down side is paying 10cents/gal more for credit purchase. But most gas stations do that anyway. And it’s in the middle of the desert so don’t expect luxury. Otherwise, it’s amazing how one small gesture can make me feel so welcomed. Thanks tonopah shell!
