Windsor

So I went In this store today and I thought it was funny that they have a now hiring sign in the front of there store saying they hire «fun friendly people» but when I walked in I didn’t get that at all! The manager and cashier girl were just standing there talking away! I didn’t get a welcome or anything instead this girl just gave me a dirty look! I love the clothes in this store but the people they hire have horrible customer service!

Hey ladies why don’t you do less talking more work…
Went in around noon on Sunday (Sept 13^th)
If I needed a blouse from the top, i got it myself, if I needed a fitting room I had to go look for someone to open it. When I Got to the register they made me wait till their conversation was over until someone rang me up.
I’ll go elsewhere, the clothing in there is looking cheap anyway.

Don’t bother buying a formal dress here, whether its for a wedding, a ball, or for work.
I am beyond infuriated… I went here looking for gowns and because this place is in the mall I frequent, I decided to check this place out since they have been in business for as long as I have been in high school.
Their prices are ridiculous for the quality you get. It’s Nordstrom prices for Walmart quality clothes… Walmart is at least better because you can at least return it. This bs place has a final sale policy regardless of the issue… What the freak?! I should not be responsible for garbage but then again it was my fault for not looking carefully at the dress… So, pardon me for expecting to have clothes that won’t break apart as soon as I walk out of the store after purchasing them…
I don’t care how great your service is… I’m not paying for your overpriced Walmart garbage. Screw you, Windsor. I hope my pictures and other reviews of your crap quality bring your stores out of business.
