Messed up my nails all uneven, left us with bruises, and cuts. The employees were rude, rough, and don’t know how to do nails.

At three stars, this places gives you just that. Service was so-so they were not busy the day me and my granny went in but they rushed through the pedis. The spa chairs are definitely older, and pretty much fit the overall feel of the place. The employees were nice enough but just gave a rushed feeling overall. I don’t live in Topeka, but if I did I would find a different place to go to get my pedis.

Rude. Just plain rude. I’ve come here for years for pedicures because it’s convenient and inexpensive. The last two times I’ve come, I’ve had horrible service. The tech that was working on me was more focused on filling the tubs of people who came in after me, therefore not focusing on my experience at all. A pedicure is supposed to come with a leg and foot rub, both of which I didn’t get. I asked for a design, and the hideous«art» he put on my toes-BOTH visits– I had to ask him to redo. He sits then and mumbles under his breath, in another language, he is clearly pissed I even asked. Probably will be finding another store for my pedicures from now on.
