This is a really great place to pop in for something sweet after lunch or on a whim. The shop is adorable and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. For the size of the shop, there is a decent selection of different treats offered, and all of them are fantastic. Everything is made/hand dipped on site. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area!

I finally stopped in here after hearing so much about it. Their fudge was pretty good, but I felt like the chocolates and candies were kind of disappointing. It’s definitely expensive which isn’t particularly surprising. They have treats for pets which was cute. I know a lot of people are fans of their candied apples(which I’m not a fan of in general). It’s a cute space and a cool idea for this town, just wish it had lived up to the hype for me.

Yummy chocolates made on site. On a scale of 1 – 10 I give them a solid 7.75 — that being said I have had phenomenal chocolate all over the world so I am particular about my chocolate. Stop in, they are worth it.

One of the most interesting and high-quality establishments in Topeka. Featuring proper dark chocolate. Blowing through town? Go to PT’s «flying monkey» location for lunch and coffee and then swing by here for dessert. Then you can pretty much leave town.

We stopped here after lunch at the café next door and got a cheesecake apple and a snickers apple. I love caramel, but the cheesecake apple also had some marshmallow coating so it was very sweet, but still good. I love the snickers apple, would definitely get that next time. The apples were a bit pricey, $ 5 each, but they were good.

The turtles and chocolate/caramel dipped apples are pretty fantastic, but a bit pricey– definitely a once-in-a-while splurge as a special treat.

How sad that this place isn’t very good. I spent about 50.00 here, and mind you that’s not a lot of money for artisan chocolate. However, my money bought me grainy bon bons and chocolate covered pretzels which were stale and not even crisp. What a disapointment. The chocolate did not taste like high quality chocolate(I have had some fantastic artisan chocolate) it lacked the butter fat richness and mouth feel of expensive chocolate. Maybe Hazel Hill counts on its patrons not having any idea what good chocolate should be. It would be awesome to have a local chocolatier in Topeka… I wish the owners would step it up.
