This is how I love my BBQ. They have some creative takes on traditional dishes and do it very well. I had the open faced pulled pork sammy with candied bacon on top and a side of sautéed green beans. Delicious. They have BBQ sauces designed for the different meats. The pork BBQ sauce is vinegary which is how I like it. My suggestion would be a smaller meat portion size with a side and a drink, sort of a lunch special. I ate ½ and saved the rest for dinner so it was plenty of food for the $ but in an area of blue collar workers finding a way to make it more affordable(less meat more side) might be a good move. My lunch was $ 11 for food and a bottle of water. Still ll a 5 star meal.
