Pampered Pets Grooming

I used them a couple of times and they were OK. All of the sudden my $ 45 hair cut that they messed up turned into a $ 70 cut when I brought her back to have it fixed. Owner is completely nasty. Prices change as owner wants and she does not care about customer service. I am so freaked that they may have not treated my baby well. :(

I do not recommend. We have taken both of our dogs to multiple Pampered Pets locations in Topeka. If you request a certain style… dont expect to get it, their concern is not on what you want but how easy it is for them to get it done. If you have a problem or concern definitely talk to the manager, she will treat you like you are ungrateful and out of line. Also, bring extra cash they may tell you it costs one amount when you drop your pup off, but when you return its 10 – 20 $ more depending on how much you or your dog inconvenienced them. On one hand they are good at making dogs look good, that is if they can tell the difference between a yorkie haircut and a poodle one. The last and most important thing is the treatment of our dogs… we never had issues grooming them until we started taking them to Pampered pets… now they are scared to death of combs, brushes, and especially groomers and they were not before all of this.

We continue to be monthly customers. Groomers are very friendly. When I stop in for a nail trim, they are quick and caring to Miss M — who does NOT like to get her nails done.
Bath time is easy and she comes out looking like a million bucks.

We took our Yorkies here for a grooming, Stacy was so very friendly and our lil ones who don’t usually like to be groomed felt right at home. They looked marvelous and it didn’t take all day. I will definitely use them again and the price was great too.

Very friendly people. They did a wonderful job, we brought our Shepard mix in for a bath/​brush and nail trim. It was a great price and days later she still looks great and smells great. Will definitely be bringing all three of our dogs here in the future.

Roxie (our shih tzu/​yorkie mix) got her first grooming w/​Pampered Pets today.
We called for an appt Tuesday and got one on Thursday, prices are very reasonable, her grooming was well done (even got a cute little bow). Owner was very friendly, nice, and professional.
