I like Take-n-Bake in general but was a little nervous picking up from Papa Murphy’s as I’m use to a little more upscale Take-n-Bake for whatever its worth. When I came in here randomly on a Tuesday they had a special deal: 1 large pepperoni for $ 5. WHOA. Nice! Obviously when I came in without an order already placed I thought I would have to wait but because it was their crazy special they had a ton ready and I just strolled in and strolled right back out with my pizza awaiting my oven. The actual pizza tasted yummy. The pepperoni had just the right amount of kick and the cheese melted evenly. I liked the dough… not too doughy, not too thin. Win.

My brother and I stopped by this Papa Murphy’s to pick up dinner for his two boys and us.(The wife had girls night out.) I’ve had Papa Murphy’s before but its been a while. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in assisting us in our decisions. The girl working the counter explained specific toppings and suggested a two pizza deal that saved us $ 3.00! The pizzas were topped quickly and correctly with plenty of fixings. Since Papa Murphy’s is a «bake at home» pizza, each pie was wrapped in plastic and came with instructions for preparation. After following the directions, we dove in to our pizzas: Double pepperoni and the«Cowboy»(pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms). As we were battling two teenagers, my brother and I didn’t call the boys until we had a couple of slices for ourselves. The crust was thin and just chewy enough. The sauce has a delicious tomato taste with tangy spices. The blends of cheeses(on top and beneath the toppings) were tasty. The abundant toppings were fresh, covered each pizza completely and were totally delicious. Within half an hour, both large pizzas were devoured. The teens were happy, the adults were happy. I like a lot of different pizza places but Papa Murphy’s is definitely one of my favorites.
