I won’t return. When I asked about the warranty coverage on my 1 year old battery he told me he would«fix me up.» He took the receipt/warranty document I had and put it behind the counter. Then he tried to keep my battery, charge me $ 70, and put a new one in my car. I reached over the counter and realized that what he was doing was not at all what the warranty said. I asked him about it and he stammered. He was giving me no price break or doing anything but selling me a new battery. I told him to take the new battery out and give me the old one back. During the course of it all he said that my battery was«probably fine and that it just needed to be trickle charged.» I took it home and trickle charged it for two days. It worked. I thank him for accidentally leaking that info to me after the fact, but not for ignoring the warranty, not for making me grill the info out of him, and not for trying to charge me $ 70 for nothing leaving me none-the-wiser. To you, Mr./Ms. Battery-Needer, I say, you might be better off going to another place where the customer service has a bit more ethical flavor. Thanks.
