My husband, 1 year old daughter and I stopped at this Starbucks right off the 95 for the first time, during my road trip from North Carolina to Nova Scotia a few days ago. I wouldn’t normally spend the time writing a review but I’m so disappointed and embarrassed because of a Starbucks worker! So I walk into this Topsham Starbucks around 8:30AM. A Caucasian man, around 20 about 5’10″ with brown hair, greets me with«hello, welcome to Starbucks». One of the girls called him Lang. Maybe that’s a nick-name? I greeted him, and gave him my order. My order was pretty simple«skim latte extra hot.» After he typed in the order, he proceeds to look at me with«elevator eyes» and asks how many months along I am! I was wearing a bulky winter coat with scarf tucked in – as it’s freezing cold up North and I’m not use to it being that cold. It was so inappropriate that he asked me that question. Something is very wrong with this guy. I ignored his comment and waited for my latte. He handed me sugary mocha something. Figures. This guy needs a new job.

Admittedly not my favorite location but it’s my local. The staff are usually quite friendly even when busy the only complaint is they always seem to be out of something.

I’m a huge starbucks fan but am not a fan and of this one. I’ve only recently started having problems with it. I tried ordering every sandwich on the menu and they only had one. This is the second time in a row this happened. The employees do not even apologize and it sounds like they think it is normal and ok to be as out of stock as they are.

Mediocre service with average made coffee. The employees appeared to be young and appeared to be more interesting in socializing than taking my order. The service was a little slow but friendly. The iced coffee was average.
