AAA Express Heating And Air Conditioning

I used Nick to replace an AC unit at a large property I rent. As an out of state landlord I need someone who is responsive and gets the work done without delay as I am not around to take care of things myself. That is Nick’s strength. He is extremely responsive, comes out immediately and stays on top of the project until it is complete. He does not miss appointments and I have never had to chase him on anything. After the cost of the unit came in above the estimate he took it on himself to get me a partial refund from the supplier after I had approved the higher price. Not sure how many people would bother to do that. Was very satisfied.
I am in the process of using him again now to replace my hot water tank that failed after a leak. As before, he came out very quickly to locate and repair the leak, and has stayed on top of the project to find me a replacement tank and get it installed quickly. (Unfortunately I can’t use the type that Sears always seems to have in stock.) I will update this after the work is completed.

Now the roof is leaking where the AC unit is that he installed. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any business establishment in my life. He brought different AC units than we agreed upon and then they didn’t even work and now my roof is leaking. Horrible experience. BEWARE!!!

Update: Due to some remodeling, I had to have my large A/​C unit disconnected, moved out of the way, and then reconnected later. Since I received such great service last time, I decided to call AAA Express again. Well, they gave me a reasonable price quote and stuck with that quote. They were very timely and did a great job. I will continue to use them for all of my heating and A/​C needs.
