Had 4 original art works framed here for $ 670 after a 65% discount. 3 of the art pieces are fine. But the largest one got creased pretty badly, beyond fixing. Apparently the paper wasn’t cut properly. I wish they would’ve called me before trying to mount it. At least I didn’t have to pay for it, but the art is pretty ruined — a sentimental piece that took me a month to complete. I’m not even angry, just really sad. Lesson learned: don’t take original art here.

Hey who knew frames were so cool! Am I right? I had never really had a reason to shop at Aaron Brothers so this was my first time in, little did I know that they sell pretty much all things awesome — including art, baby, bridal, décor and of course all items for your framing needs. My visit which I anticipated to last no longer than 5 minutes turned into 20⁄30 minutes because there was so much to look at. I am coming back for sure, in fact Aaron Brothers might have inspired a few crafty ideas!

This is one of those places that has been around forever and it does serve its purpose. I have never had anything framed a Aaron Brothers but I do periodically go here to get art supplies such as paint or artist paper. The thing to look for is the sales. Aaron Brothers can be a little pricey. But, when the sales are on you can get really good deals.

I’m giving them 5 stars for the great customer service I just received. I walked in during the holiday season and Kiki in framing helped me. I needed a mat cut for a water color picture. I thought I’d get the run around«we have to send it out,» «it’s going to take 4 weeks,» «it’s going to cost a million dollars.» But she was awesome! She was generous with advice, and she cut the mat right on the spot! Omg I couldn’t believe it. I’m leaving Aaron brothers with a completed gift, I am very happy. Thanks for the great customer service Kiki!

The employees are so welcoming. They have beautiful art pieces and the prices are not to bad. I have been here several times

I went n to get some custom acrylic for a frame. I was the only customer in the store and I told the young guy at the check out what I needed. He told me it could take a few minutes since the other person was working in the back on something else. After a few minutes I told him to call her, which he did. I waited another 5 minutes then I left and will order online now. I don’t mind waiting but not when the store is totally empty and the one visible clerk is texting on his phone and showing no self initiation to help me and the other person not showing up when she gets called to take care of a customer. Didn’t look to me that anybody was interested to make a sale.

Had another piece done, and I was ‘lucky’ to have no line at drop-off, and no line at pick-up. Melissa again helped me, good eye and solid advice. I’m not a fan of the custom framing consultation process, unless you get there when they open, you can face a LONG arduous line before you see a consultant. To frame a high end piece takes 30 – 45 minutes to walk through options and feel good with what you are having done. Imagine being in line behind someone with multiple pieces Save money, keep an eye out for the 50%, 60%, or ‘buy 1 — get 1FREE’ promotions. Framing is expensive without a promotion.

Not enough people working. Also, it appears he wasn’t trained about order of serving customers. It’s not the most obnoxious customer, it’s the next one in line. There are other places To get frames. Which is where I will be going from now on. In a place like that knowledge and service in my opinion are crucial. Michaels and similar places are great for frames too. It took me 30 mins waiting, 1. While the kid waited on someone else, while I was at check-stand waiting, 2. The promo code buy 1 get 1 free wasn’t working, or better yet he wasn’t sure how to ring it up. The lead was in the back of the store and he ran to get help and she didn’t come up to help for I swear 10 minutes! Worst service!!! Ugh!

It’s kinda spendy if you want to custom frame, but then again it’s kinda spendy to customize anything. They do have a good variety of regular picture frames. Just make sure you shop during their frame sales and you won’t get gouged.

I use to love coming here that was until I realized how overpriced everything was here. I have stopped coming here so I can go to the Art warehouse in Westminster. Trust me even though it is a drive you will save a lot than you would for spending here for convenience.

Good prices on some of the frames, But for the most part, high prices on mid — level merchandise. Most of the staff were friendly.

I should have learned my lesson by now. These folks don’t inspire confidence on any level, whether it is professional customer service, skilled craftsmanship, or good taste.
