Came in to find out the amount of either the co-pay or full amount for our son’s appointment for tomorrow to pay in advance. They refused to give any amount… why ?? The office is RUDE N THEYWON’T ANSWERANYDIRECTQUESTIONS N YOUAREN’T ALLOWEDTOCOMMUNICATEWITHTHEDR. When we tried to resolve the problem the office manager Norma hangs up on you. They DON’T KNOWWHATTHEYAREDOING N HAVENOPEOPLESKILLSWHATSOEVER. I would never refer anyone to this Dr !!! My DDS that referred our son to this Dr called also n was given the same treatment. What does that tell you

I had a similar thing as John L. At the time of work done I specifically ask the account ladies at the desk if, as we’d agreed upon, that I was paid in full. That we had settled up completely and she stated emphatically YES. TWOMONTHSLATER, I get a bill for $ 60. I immediately sent for a written request for the charge. They just sent a reprint of yet another incoherent bill with code b.s. Bunch a crap! Paid the bill but none of us need to do business with an outfit that can’t even adequately explain charges or send a bill TWOMONTHS after the fact! Plenty of other dentists out there!

doctors were very thorough and knowledgeable, was in waiting room less than 5 minutes. Most importantly, root canal was painless and insurance took care of everything. would recommend to any of my friends or family

I went here the other day for a consultation with Dr. Bardi about one of my teeth. I felt they were very thorough; I brought a one-week-old x-ray with me but they felt they needed to do their own too. Unfortunately it looks like I am going to lose the tooth, but I appreciated his candor. One star removed for the office telling me when I arrived at 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment that I was scheduled for 11:30(which was their mistake).
