This is the worst property corporation ever. They have too many unnecessary restrictions, like no bikes on patio, no loud kids etc. This is South Bay where people have active lifestyle. They are so discriminatory when you have small kids. They need to be focusing more on renting to people with criminal history as supposed to working families with kids. They sell this property like its great for families with kids type of atmosphere but as soon as you are in board, you will get restrictions left and right. They won’t allow you to have bikes on your patio yet they cannot guarantee safety in the garage when it gets stolen.
