Worse customer service they were rude then to make matters worse I asked for them to clean up my eyebrows and they totally did but forgot to wax the middle so I had a half wax job even though I paid for a full eyebrow wax and not to mention I gave a nice tip I found out too late to go back… last time I will ever go there…

So disappointed! Felt I had to write this review I’m hoping to help others. Had been growing my eyebrows, explained that to he lady doing the threading and ended up with thinner eyebrows than I’ve had all my life. So sad!

I take great pride in my eyebrows and came to get them threaded at Brow Arc. I told the woman I just wanted them cleaned up and certainly didn’t get that. I got my eyebrows thinned in half and got two completely different shapes. When I asked for them to be fixed and for a refund I got extremely poor customer service and the manager seemed to be unaware of how bad my services were. Very upset that I have to regrow them now.

Oh wow. Worst and most expensive eyebrow session ever. I first discovered Brow Arc at the Brea Mall. A «brow master» gave me a consultation on my brows before she began to thread them. The results were awesome. So I see they had a location close to home at the Del Amo mall. So I go there today. The lady who threaded my brows did not ask what I wanted nor did I get the consultation like before. She begin to thread away. Painfully so.
When it finally time to see the results I was so disappointed and upset. Two different shapes. One was thick and the other way too thin. To add she left gaps in my brows and hairs that need trimming!!! UGH
When I expressed how unhappy I was with them she told me I could fill them in. She slapped on some brow powder, which was way too dark. She couldn’t even take the time to even those out, filling one in too dark and the other lighter.
When it came to pay I was charged $ 15.00. $ 15.00s too much. She offered me a package, paying $ 55.00 for unlimited brow threading for three months. Eye roll.
There is no consistency when it comes to skill and service, since my experience at Brea was wonderful verses this location.
If you have any self respect for your brows do not go here.
They offered no apologies. The other lady told me to see her when my brows grow in. Hell nah I won’t be coming back.

So this place is new in the Del Amo Fashion Center. I wanted to try it out, and although the lady fixed my left eyebrow which was threaded unevenly, she threaded a gap in my already perfect right eyebrow! Really upset. I asked the lady «what happened there?» and pointed at the gap, and she said she cleaned it up… well she sure left a gap. I feel like one of those animé characters with a slice in the eyebrow… the lady didn’t see anything wrong at all… I am definitely NOT coming here again…
