Elitist and unaccommodating customer service. Poor quality prints. Will not stand by their work even if prints come out faded and with broken lines. Standard of copy is less than professional or even student grade. High rates. Very quick to allocate blame on the customer — lightness of drawing, type of lead, light hand, or any other outside factors — however, also very quick to make the copies anyway and charge you. The lead type and drawings had been approved by my UCLA professor and practicing architect. With that being said, if the lines were too light to print, then I would expect that to be addressed that before hand. Instead, the crotchety man helping me chose to place blame and adamantly insist that the problem is mine. I told him I was unwilling to stand there and argue with him if he thought that this is the best they can do and would drive elsewhere, to which he replied, «it is not the best we can do», but argued anyway. I made him refund me. Perhaps my being a student suggested I would stand being taken advantage of. For those looking to make architectural copies in the South Bay, try this place. I called and he said he wouldn’t print on vellum until I was happy with a bond copy. Blueprint Service & Supply Co 24648 Narbonne Ave Lomita, CA90717 (310) 325‑3403
