Caliber Collision

This is where you want to take your vehicle for body work. I shopped around before deciding on Caliber Collision and they did not disappoint. Alex Morales and Eric Arias made my experience so smooth and easy. I haven’t experienced such good customer service at any facility in a long time, and I used to be a customer service quality manager back in the day.
My car came out beautiful, the amount was the same that was quoted and it was completed in one week as promised.
Oh, and there is coffee and cookies in the waiting room :-)

I sadly noticed a foot long scratch on the side door of our new Toyota Sienna and felt that I would need a repaint repair. I went to the Caliber Collision office at Torrance Toyota and
Abbie looked at the side door and felt that Jose at the Torrance repair shop should look at it and probably could sand and buff it out, rather than having to get a repaint repair. I took her advice and went to see Jose who worked his magic and repaired my foot long scratch in a very short time and it was beautiful and Abbie and Jose saved me hundreds of dollars by not going to some ripoff paint shop that would have told me it would have to be repainted.
I cannot say enough about the great service of Abbie and Jose at Torrance Caliber Collision.

From start to finish, Caliber Collision delivered an exceptional experience. After a rear-​end collision, Caliber was recommended to me by my insurance company. Having never been there before, I was willing to take a chance on them. I’m very glad I did! Brian assisted me at the front counter at both drop-​off and pickup and he was professional, knowledgeable, and – most importantly – kind. Alex also assisted me. Eric Arias was my service advisor and he kept me informed every step of the way, even completing the job a few days early. My car was delivered in pristine condition with an amazing repair and a great wash and wax. All of the people at Caliber treated me like they appreciated my business. They were respectful, kind, and made my experience efficient and painless. But I was mostly impressed with their customer service and positive, friendly attitude. I would recommend them to anyone!

FAST! I dropped my car off of June 25 and it was done on June 30. A seamless repair. You can’t even tell that any repair was ever done. They used all original factory parts: nothing refurbished and no after market parts. The paint job is flawless and matches exactly. Staff are always courteous, professional and always available to talk and answer questions. I tend to be a picky consumer and can almost always find something to complain about. But Caliber Collision-​Torrance did an excellent repair on my car and I really cannot complain. I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do, it will be Caliber Collision-​Torrance.

I had just purchased a brand new Tacoma a month ago and had a issue with my fender guards. I tried everything to get the stains out, but nothing worked so I feared the worst. I went to DCH Toyota and noticed Caliber next to the service department, so I saw Abby at Caliber Collision. She was awesome and went above and beyond to help get the issue resolved. The work was excellent and I am very happy with it. I can’t thank Abby and Caliber enough for the help to fix my truck.

Caliber Collision in Torrance is amazing place with Eric Arias at the helm helping being kind and friendly and mangers like Alex and Gie… And the very nice awesome to talk to receptionist is just so nice and courtesy and friendly you feel at home. They have done amazing work on my brand new challenger that had dents and scratchs from somebody who hit and left… They got my car like brand new again I couldn’t be more happier. They give excellent service at a fair reasonable price I was very happy with them. I have recommend all my friends to them and wont go to anyone else.

This was the best customer service I can remember! The facility is clean and orderly, the staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was FAST! Thanks to the entire staff for making my experience so memorable and good!

This place was sooooo nice and friendly, from Luis who took care of me, Gie the Office Manager, and Alex the General Manager were very accommodating. When done, the car looked fantastic. They did a fabulous job. I would go back to them, hopefully I won’t have to, hehe

I recently was hit from behind and it was my first car accident. My boyfriend had brought his car in about a year ago to their shop and had a positive experience with them. I brought my car in to be estimated by my insurance. From walking into the front desk to meeting the estimators and speaking with the manager, I felt my experience with them was so smooth. It was stressful for me as it was my first accident but Caliber Collision’s nice and professional employees helped to ease my worry as I was uncertain about the whole process of accidents/​insurance/​repairs. The ladies at the front were quick in responding to my questions. Frank, estimator (I, think) was nice and thorough as he checked my car in. I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands.
The manager, Alex, was great explaining the whole process to me. He even called me to update me after taking out the panel that there were more damages hidden and that they would be calling the insurance for additional estimate. They absolutely made this easy for me as all i had to do was wait for all the repairs to be done. They worked out well with the insurance too. When I got the call to pick up my car, I arrived and was soo elated to see my car in even better condition. They had fixed the back quarter panel and detailed my car which had sorely needed it. I felt like i had a brand new car. Thank you, Caliber Collision for all your help! Each time I walk up to my car now, i have the biggest smile on my face.
Their location is great and in a safe area. There was also a brewery in walking distance to celebrate my ‘brand new’ car!

Car was kept in shop for much longer than the initially stated time (4 – 5 weeks compared to the initial 1 week promise). I understand that repairing cars is a delicate process, but when you delay the repair 3 times in a row (for an entire MONTH), you can’t blame anyone for getting understandably frustrated and disappointed at the lack of attention their car is getting.
While they did attempt to compensate for my lack of a car by providing me with a rental car free of charge for 2 days (my insurance does not cover rental cars and I could no longer afford keeping my rental for another week [I also returned it because they had promised my car to be finished around then, but alas, another delay…]), it still wasn’t enough to curve my dissatisfaction at the service, or lack thereof, I received.
In addition, when returning my car I noticed there were sunspots on my mirrors that were not there when I took my car in initially. They claimed this was a natural process, yet I am 100% certain this was something that occurred during my car’s time in repair. They asked $ 50 for a paint job that I wouldn’t have needed if they had been careful not to keep my car in the sun for too long! How frustrating…
All in all, while my car was eventually fixed, I wouldn’t come here again. If you are a fan of delayed responses, vague answers to your questions, and postponing repairs for an ungodly amount of time, feel free to stop by.

Amazing customer service and work! I highly recommend them. Eric was my service advisor. I can’t say enough, just try them, you won’t be disappointed.

I was in a car accident and my car was taken straight to Caliber Collision in Torrance. Luis was my Service Advisor.
I have to say this is a First Class establishment!!! I am a flight attendant, so I know what good and bad customer service looks like and they were awesome!!! Luis and ALL of the staff and gentlemen who work on the cars there are so very helpful, professional, and experts at what they do.
When I had questions Luis was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and… there were many!!! LOL!!!
Caliber Collision of Torrance will go above and beyond your expectations! Caliber and Luis did for me!!! They still are!!!

I took my car to Toyota to get an estimate for my window since it would not roll up. They were going to charge me $ 120 JUST for an inspection so I said forget it.
Luckily, Jose from Caliber Collision was there and told me that they inspections for free and referred me to his location. The manager took my car and fixed my window for an amazingly low price! It was done in about an hour. They have amazing customer service, from Jose who was the rep at Toyota, to the polite and efficient receptionist, and to the manager who really understands giving his customers a great deal.
As a woman with no automotive experience I really appreciate them not taking advantage of me. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I am typically not a Unilocal hater, but this review is solely based on the experience I had and not the work they do to the car as my car was never worked on. I went in to get a quote for some damages to my vehicle about 2 Mondays ago.
A gentleman helped me, took pictures of the car and said he would be emailing me the quote in about 15 – 20 mins. It has been about 9 days and still no email or call with the quote. :(
Sad to say, I was ready to have my car worked on and bring them my business, it sucks that something so small lost a customer.

Great service here, from a reputable company. Came recommended by a military insurance company. Luis y equipo were very helpful in restoring the bumper of my Honda. They even facilitated drop off and pickup getting to and from the collision centre. I would recommend to anyone.

Eric Arias and his crew took great care of my car. Not kidding some guys tire fell off and hit my front bumper. My bumper literally cracked in two and my light also had a small crack I didn’t notice myself until the guys at Caliber pointed it out to me. I took my car to Caliber in torrance, it was recommended to me by my uncle and know I know why. Heriberto the estimator/​adjuster at Caliber even got me a new head light that the insurance adjuster did not put in the estimate. Paint and body was exactly the same as it was when it rolled out the dealer. I know it sounds cheesy but when they brought me my car they told me they buffed my other light so I won’t have a faded one and a clear one, that is when I knew I had to make the Unilocal review lol!

This place is awesome! They handled everything with the insurance company, which saved me a ton of headaches. The manager Alex was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Eric kept me informed during the entire process. I got my car back and it looks like it is brand new. These guys are extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure that the process was painless. I hate having to deal with getting my car repaired, but if I need to, then this is the only place that I would take it to. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to repair their vehicle because they will make it as convenient as possible and they do amazing work. You would be foolish to take your car anywhere else. If Unilocal had 10 stars, I would give these guys a 10!

After being rear-​ended, I had originally taken my car to another Caliber but I was recommended this one. I called this location and was put in contact with Eric. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and even arranged to have my car transferred to this shop.
My car was there for about 6 days and I received status calls from Eric throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and really went above and beyond to make sure all the damages were taken care of. His critical eye even found damages that the previous shop had overlooked.
When I picked up my car it looked amazing! The inside had been vacuumed and was spotless and my bumper looked great. I would highly recommend this Caliber location to anyone. If you’re looking for personalized service and attention to detail, do yourself a favor and send your car here. You can thank me later!
