Are these people serious? I pulled up to the machine, he suggested that I try out the California double cheeseburger combo deal. It looked pretty good, so I said I was down. Surely, I figured he would give me the price and tell me to pull up (mind you, the drivethru was EMPTY). But then he STOPPED ANSWERING!!! WHAT THE HECK??? I waited for a while and pulled up to the window. Waited more. And more. And more. Still no guy. So I left. F U Carl’s Jr.

Just go to in and out. You’ll wait just as long for your food and it will be much better.

Acceptably clean. Like the seating arrangements and the fact that you can eat outside. Carl’s Jr. is one of the few fast food restaurants that delivers to your table. Wait time during lunch rush is pretty short. Staff was efficient and friendly.

This place is THE Carl’s jr. Rarely have problems here. Staff is amazing. They should get a raise.

if ordering the nuggets please count them! They rip you off! It happen 3x. The 3^rd Once counted prior to leaving the window and got ⁴⁄₆ and they told me to check inside the bag for the other 2. NOT THERE! Should be reported!

I always went to the one on PCH and WESTERN this one is great and its weird prices
are much lower also. Very friendly staff.

I like to get stake and egg burrito they have very good chicken grill salad very good, Armando one night manager very nice and good service thanks Armando.

Terrible service. Rude employees. Drive thru girl rolled her eyes when I asked for BBQ sauce! WTH? Be happy you have a job OR FIND A NEW JOB IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY. Nuggets were great that’s why they get 1 star!

Stay away. This place is unreal in getting not only orders wrong but the food items are never prepared correctly.
These are all in a row:
Asked for chicken teriyaki sandwich with
no cheese and mayo.
What do I get? A sandwich with cheese but no teriyaki sauce!!!
Asked for Super star with no mayo. Instead I ask for ketchup and mustard.
What do I get? A burger with mayo and mustard!
So finally I just say to myself just forget the sandwiches with these guys.
So tonight with no customers in drive through I order something very simple. A bean and cheese burrito and 2 beef tacos.
What do I get? Two beef tacos and a huge spicy beef burrito that had no cheese. I just wanted a simple 1.59 bean and cheese burrito! It even said bean and cheese burrito on the receipt. I called manager from my house to complain and he just hung up on me!
Never ever again with this place! I am a single guy that can’t even get a bean and cheese burrito from this place. I would hate to see if someone ordered for a family of 4 or 5.

I had a fly in my food!
This appeared to be a retaliation due to my customer service complaint: I had an impatient and rude cashier with a harsh tone and had a poor attitude. This was in the drive thru. I asked her to be more patient, when I got to the window, I was not rude, when I made this request. This girl was very young and immature. She then gave me a dirty look and pulled the window shut on my face. I ask to talk to the manager, she didn’t seem too concerned. Once we had arrived at home, one of the sandwiches we received was opened and had a fly on the patty. We had taken a picture of the fly and had spoken with the assistant manager, named Steve that same day. I asked for the manager, Brenda, and called her today to follow up on the situation. Brenda was polite and concerned about the event. She said she had already looked into the cameras to see if Jenny (the rude employee) had tainted with our food. She had told us that she did not see any suspicious activities on her behalf. Because of the sequence of events, I am not convinced this is true, and would like this to be investigated further. This happened in February 2015, I have yet heard back from this store, or the head office. I contacted them via phone and email. It is unbelievable for such a huge corporation to be so irresponsible and unprofessional to handle this situation. I would NEVER recommend this ghetto place.

This place sucks!!! They take way too long. I ordered the new Cod fish sandwich COMBO TO GO! And the cashier gave me a number for me to sit at a table and i had to correct her… then i get my ordered and make it back to my car and I have no fries! Helloo?!!

I ended up writing to the corporate office (website). We’ll I got a response stating that the manager of this location would be contacting me. 2 weeks later nothing. So I responded to the email and said that I still hadn’t heard from anyone at this location and that it was par for the course. We’ll then I get an email stating that they are retraining their staff. This supposedly came from the district manager. So I gave it another try. My order was taken by the the «general manager» of this location. She was in such a hurry to go home that she took my order wrong and gave my money to another employee to complete the transaction and ran out the door. Not a word saying that they person would be completing the order for me. After waiting 8 minutes they staff very apologetically asked how I wanted my order because it wasn’t stated in my order. REALLY???
I wrote this back to the district manager and as of a week and a half later no response. I’ve given up on this location and I advise everyone else to do the same. I’m going to another location if I really want Carl’s Jr. Maybe not though.

Coffee is out so I request more. They pour from a large tureen. It’s cold. My special breakfast order of biscuit, egg, ham comes with cheese that I scrape off. My dining companion’s orange juice is two days out of date.
This Carl’s has quality control issues that make it distinctly worse than others in the chain. Avoid.

The mile high bacon burger was good. The Dr Pepper was 99.5% carbonated water and 0.05% Dr Pepper syrup and my fries weren’t even warm. If it wasn’t for the burger, this place would have less than one star.

This location was a favorite in high school. Any incarnation of the Western Bacon Cheeseburger is a great burger. Sometimes they go on special, 2 for $ 4, which may have gone up a dollar recently. They hook up the ranch for free on request, which is more than I can say for some other fast food places. Criss cut fries are vastly superior to the regular fries.

This place is a joke. 23 minutes and still no breakfast. I walk up to check on it and they just handed me another customers, thus compounding the problem. They need to hire more competent works. Just got a refund.

Holy cow, just had the sea salt and carmel shake. It’s the best shake ive ever had at a fast food place! Try it, only lmtd. time

My wife picked up food here. We have eaten at other CArls years ago and thought why not try it.
We were very hungry. When she approached the drive thru window she made a point to tell the cashier, who was very friendly and nice, please don’t over cook the chicken sandwiches. When she got home and after paying 26.00 for this so called meal we discover the following:
a. The sandwiches taste like bland mush!
b. The french fries are cold, bland and tasteless
c. The chili which went with the french fries tasted spicy but not like true chili
Therefore she called and spoke with the manager/​supervisor Lydia was very apologetic who did credit our credit back.
Bottom line is the food quality sucked but the employees did their best to make a bad situation tolerable.
However even though the food was free, as Michael J Fox found out in the movie «Back to the Future», when he walked into a 50’s soda hop place and ask for a pepsi free and the owner said «Nothing Free kid» its so very true…

Say What? Salad at a fast food place? A good salad? Say it ain’t so! Hehe
It’s true, my Unilocal friends! Carl’s Jr a fast food is actually offering a pretty decent salad. Before Lent and (my giving up meat for 40 days experience), I was able to try out their Cranberry Apple Walnut Grilled Chicken Salad.
The salad was actually pretty good. I love any salad that has dried cranberries and glazed walnuts. The raspberry vinaigrette dressing was a nice sweet touch. I could probably go without the feta cheese though but nonetheless the salad was surprisingly good.
Ok so one can’t truly expect a truly healthy meal @ Carl’s Jr right lol? We also got a small order of the Green Burrito’s Crisp Burritos.
These are small burritos about the size of egg rolls. They have ground beef inside (and cheese I suppose though I didn’t really see it ;). Honestly, I liked the salad so much better. It was not only healthier but it was just plain better. These burritos are really nothing special. Stick with the salad, folks :).
Lastly, I should mention that this Carl’s Jr recently got remodeled and so it’s really neat and nice looking inside. It almost gives a nice diner feel when you step inside.
