I have been using Carpet Care by Mark for years. I am picky and demanding when it comes to home service providers. Mark lives up to my expectations. Many people probably do not realize how important it is for the carpet cleaning product to be soap free. Soap attracts dirt… not what you want if you want clean carpets!
Mark and his son are reliable, honest, and conscientious. I trust them and I highly recommend their service.

Mark provides great service and good value. Their services goes beyond cleaning, they can repair damaged carpet that cannot be cleaned by sewing in a new piece and make it look seamless. They can also eradicate moisture and smell with dehumidifiers, fans and ionizers, really helpful for water damage. Very easy to work with and a straight shooter.

Mark and his son were easy to deal with, made me very comfortable in their abilities and backed it up with a wonderfully clean carpet. I have used and referred «CARPET CARE BY MARK» for over 10 years. I have alway been happy with his price, service, dependability, and he always gets it super clean. When the cleaners in the past have cleaned my carpets they got dirty again really fast. When Mark cleans my carpet he uses soap free products. He explained to me that the soap most cleaners use leaves a dried residue that attracts dirt but with his products the carpets stay clean for much longer.

I have admired the carpet cleaning results by Mark and his son several times, when I have time I will get into more detail and post at least one before/​after pictures. The difference between before/​after is unbelievable, and he takes pride that those stains will come out.
