I’ve been with this Curves for about 3 years, mainly attending on Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. There’s always a friendly group of women present which makes the time pass quickly while exercising. I leave Curves with more energy than when I arrived. Alice, the Curves coach is GREAT!!! It’s like being a member of a club of fun-​loving ladies of varied ages, backgrounds and interests.

Let me start with I love Curves!!! They have all the equipment I need to fulfill my workouts. I find Curves is always clean and the trainers have a very positive attitude and are always right there to answer questions or help you work a machine properly. I highly recommend Curves! I know you will not be disappointed!!! Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I have set my schedule around thisTorrance Curves location. I have been attending about 3 years and besides the great exercise I have NEW WONDERFUL friends. Additionally Alice, is my favorite afternoon coach. She is very very helpful, friendly and motivated to get us all doing the correct workout on the machines/

I have been going to Curves for about 10 years now. The past two years have been at this location. I really enjoy it here and am able to get the most of of my workouts. Firdous, the owner, is very proactive in seeing that all the ladies get what they need. She arranges special classes, joins in on the activities, and has created an atmosphere that everyone enjoys. I personally focus on my workouts to get the most out of them and have been able to. Others go for the social aspect and that happens for them as well. I would happily recommend this Curves to anyone!

This place is the worst. Want Motivation? Do go here! I was talking to the owner when a customer came in. She made an appointment and was early. The owner yelled at her and told her she was wrong for coming in so early and she needed to come back. The customer said she couldn’t come back. The owner threatened to close out her membership if she missed. When I go to a gym, I want to be motivated. BELIEVE ME, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! Take my advice and find another Curves. Hopefully the will go out of business as this is not a business franchise that is presenting a positive image for the Curves Brand!
