Spiteful service. So, it’s lunch time on Monday, I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a 3 piece breast and wing. I went home, and I noticed they only gave me 1 piece of breast and 1 wing. My meal was missing another breast. I drove all the way back to this location, and I complained to one of the associates inside. I asked that they replace my whole meal since it became cold already and to make sure to add another breast. They gave me my new meal, and I checked it in front of the associate. They gave me(2) breasts and(1) wing now, but(1) of the breasts was the smallest I’ve ever seen. See my photo. I didn’t want to complain the second time because I was afraid either the associate or the cook was being spiteful and would have spit on my food or something. I will never go back to this location.

Slowest drive-through I’ve ever visited… And after this has occurred not once, not twice, but three times it is safe to say that this establishment’s drive-thru process is fundamentally flawed. I can’t think of any other drive thru where I’ve always had to wait 5 – 10 minutes per car in front of me. There’s no excuse for that consistently slow of service. Every time I’ve felt I was wasting gas by keeping my engine on, so I end up killing and restarting my vehicle for every car that pulls up to the window. Only reason I give it two stars rather than one is because the food is okay, although I’ve had the food prepared better at other EPL locations. No more. No thanks.

I usually hit this El Pollo Loco up maybe twice a week with great service, but the other night was exceptionally bad. I usually can in and eat but the last visit I went drive thru and ordered the 3pc dark, the box repeated my order so how’d he give me 3pc white and corn tortillas, aaaaaargh, I was so pissed. I’ll tell them about themselves my next visit.

Terrible, terrible restaurant. They are all unprofessional, too busy chatting amongst each other and ALWAYS running out of chicken. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and they have said«we don’t have any chicken.» Coincidentally I was with my friend tonight and she mentioned(to the manager) this was her third time she’s come to this location and they have run out of chicken. The«manager» showed no remorse. They need help/training, or a better manager. Get it together. I will never be back to this location.

Slowest freaking drive thru service in the history of drive thrus. OMG. I don’t know what the issue is but its not any different when you walk in either. They are simply slow and I imagine they lose a lot of business. At least my salad was pretty good.
