I have hired Epiphany of the Palate for several catering events in my home. Chef Nicol is great at adjusting to all different styles of food, from vegitarian to asian influenced california cuisine. My personal favorites include her delicious ceviche, thai style larb and duck confit.

I love love love the food. Food always looks and taste delicious. I especially love the spicy beef salad, sugar cane shrimp skewers, and my kids loved the sliders. A very satisfied family when we get to enjoy food by epiphany of the palates.
