This like all other Verizon stores has extremely slow customer service. Only advantage of this store vs another Verizon store is that it’s smaller so there are less people waiting around, but if you go during the evening, be prepared to wait a long time to get your question answered or issue fix.ed. Also, don’t ever buy an accessories here or in any Verizon store, they are MUCH, MUCH cheaper online (even for the same exact product). My advice would be look at the cases, screen protectors here, write the name down (if you like one) and go by it online (they might offer to give you half off or put it on for you, but they aren’t that hard to put on with some patience and even at half-​off, you can get these things for a fraction of the price online).

The store closed down, as a Verizon store opened up across the street.

This guy is real piece of work. Unless you bought the device from his store he is not going to help you. Don’t go there unless you have to.

This place has great customer service compared to others. All the staffs are very friendly and responsive. I ordered iPhone 5s as an upgrade and they gave me a screen protector and phone cover for free.
