Flame Broiler

Ordered a mini beef and a mini chicken. Was given two mini chicken. How hard is it to make someone’s food when there is only two options? Beef or chicken? Then I noticed on my receipt he charged me an extra dollar for more veggies and rice which I didn’t ask for. WTF? Also a bum walked in and helped herself to soda. Gross. Will not be returning to this location.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Came in with a friend during our lunch break. We arrived and it was empty, the girl took our order down on paper as her computer wasn’t working and her boss was working on it. Turns out the computer wasn’t fixed and she couldn’t swipe our cards, we didn’t have cash. Most people don’t even carry cash now.
So she held onto our order trying to figure it out, stating her boss was coming back soon. So we wasted like 15 minutes. Dude. At that time just give us our food, and close the doors before you get the crazy storm of people coming in. We got mini bowls too, it’s what like $ 10 total you are losing out on? Anyways, she just tells us that he’s coming and if we are on a break and if we wanna wait. No, thanks. I rather leave and eat elsewhere now. And I do like their food, I just doubt I’ll be coming back any time soon to this location!

I like flame broiler.
chicken VG is very good.
Also, magis sauce is good.

My new favorite fast food– reasonable prices, quick service, nice portions, good quality, iced tea avialable. From a health standpoint the fact that brown rice and tofu options are available makes Flame Broiler blow away other places like Yoshinoya, which is pretty gross by comparison.
For more flavor without adding more sugar from the Magic (teri) sauce, the Hot and Hot Hot sauce options are good and even better!

Total Crap!!! I usually go to the Flame broiler on Sepulveda in Carson very nice people and very good food. Saw they opened one in Torrance Crossroads and went there The Manager (John) was rude and yelling at the poor girl working the counter and the food was crap. My Daughter just went there and got very sick… Stay away unless you need to Cleanse yourself.

Normally this place is good but this particular evening (8÷14÷15) the staff there were the most rude ass people I’ve ever seen. When I got to the counter the bitch behind the counter was on a personal cell phone call (something about taking the kids to the beach)…once she finished with her call, she turned her back and never even acknowledged we were there… finally we walked out… I will report them to Flame Broiler

I love Flame Broiler because it’s very healthy for you and also delicious. I came to this location for the first time after a workout and ordered Half chicken Half beef. Overall it was pretty good, but I feel like the beef had too much black pepper. It left an unpleasant feeling in my mouth, almost like an itch similar to an allergic reaction.

I’ve been to about 4 or 5 different flame broilers, the foods always been good at all of them. Here’s the big problem I had at this one: I went to serve myself jalapeños and there was a bunch of fruit flies flying inside the jalapeño container. Ewww! That really grossed me out.

I’ve been pretty addicted to Flame Broiler ever since I discovered it. If you love teriyaki bowls but are looking for a healthy option, this is the best place. Their meat is grilled, not breaded or fried, and they offer brown rice!
Their «Magic Sauce» is essentially Teriyaki sauce, but that doesn’t change the fact that it’s delicious. It’s definitely high in sugar, so only put a little if you’re looking to keep it healthy.
All-​in-​all, their food is delicious, especially considering the fact that it’s healthy!

Good healthy food. Chicken is great. Brown and white rice are good. The magic sauce brings it all together. :)

Find another place to eat. I’m writing this because the food & portion size & price is NOT worth it. Terrible Teriyaki sauce.

Gross! There was mold on my broccoli and when I showed the owner, he gave my bowl back to me and said «what do you want me to do?» No apology. No refund.
When I told him I don’t want that bowl, he gave it to the girl working the register to throw away. The poor girl apologized to me and had a look of embarrassment.
The owner should’ve thanked me for not talking loudly so other guests can hear.
GROSS!

I’m giving one star because of the service not the food. When I ordered earlier today, 11−9−14 around 230pm the cashier which was a girl, had her hand inside of her apron all the while she was taking my order. It looked at though she was scratching on her mid section or something down below. All I know is that I was disgusted. She didn’t seem very friendly either and I hesitated even taking my receipt from her. It seemed as though she was being relived by another gentlemen, who then was on his phone the whole time. Though he was nice and made sure my order was correct it just seems like there are no rules at this establishment. I’ve worked in the customer service industry and the food and beverage industry for over 5 years and what I saw, with this girls hand inside of her apron the whole time, was astonishing. How disgusting, unsanitary, and just… words really can’t describe. I love the food from Flame broiler, and I’m a frequent visitor for the healthy options, but the owner needs to get his/​her shit together with this customer service, and sanitation of their crew cause as of right now, in never going back to this one. I’ll take my business to another flame broiler.

Went in with my girlfriend yesterday, while I got the sauces ready my girlfriend was going to order, the girl at the cash register didn’t even acknowledge her presence. She just kept yapping with a other guy next to her about dumb shit. My girlfriend got mad so I went up and interrupted her conversation by just telling her my order and she just put her finger up to me telling me to hold on. Wow just bad customer service! She is a rude individual and needs to be fired.

Its 8:30pm. I walk in with my wife and baby girl. You force us to take our food to go because you close at 9. Real classy. Other then that the food has always been good. But for that rude treatment, you get one star.

Food was good. It was not very busy at lunch there.

Great food and very friendly service. Love coming here for a very healthy choice. Try the works with green onions and brown rice.

I’ve come here a couple of times and I didn’t get less than I wanted. I order the Works bowl with white rice. Fresh and hot. The staff is consistently respectful.
