Incredible Eye Care Optometry

My first time at Incredible Eye Care and it was a great experience! Dr Ng is very thorough and takes his time with the examination to answer any and all questions. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. And Hector was a great help in helping pick out the frames best for my husbands face. I liked the fact that they are not pushy to make a sale.

Dr. Ng is a very knowledgeable and thorough optometrist. My son has been going to him for several years and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone!

This would have been my third year visiting this office. Last year’s experience left a bad taste so as I always say, if you don’t like something, then move on. The experience made me feel that staff was more interested in selling frames then interested in my concerns. I returned my lenses and frames a few times after it was determined that the frames were not right for the lenses which made vision seem like I was looking through a fish bowl. Well I’ll be moving on to seek a new optometrists so stand by for review.

These guys are great and the whole atmosphere is warm and friendly. Jen and Hector do a great job keeping the office running at a smooth pace and Dr Ng is knowledgeable and takes his time explaining the different exams. Great experience. Thank you very much.

I had such an awesome time here last year, that I decided to come back again. Dr. Ng was just as knowledgeable and thorough as ever. And all the office staff was super nice and helpful! I definitely I found a gem of an office. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would come again and would recommend.

It was my first appointment with Incredible Eye Care Optometry and their name describes exactly what I experienced… «incredible eye care». The staff was incredible, the technology used to check my vision was incredible, and Dr. Ng was incredible doing my exam and explaining everything along the way. Having been in the customer service industry for many years, it takes a lot to impress me and I was really impressed!

Easy to get appointments. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Ng explains everything and insures that you get the best products you need and want.

You got to check out excellent servise they provide. To their patients. Dr Nolan is very patient and explains eye in details care need to be taken to prevent further damage to your eyes as well as eye care

Incredibly thorough and professional. Previously, I had gone to Costco and realized today that I was not getting the complete medical exam my eyes deserve! What a difference in eye exams… i would highly recommend Dr. Nolan Ng to anyone who cares about their vision.

Kudos to their «Incredible» service. My daughter felt uncomfortable with the initial trial pair of contacts, and they were gracious enough to offer trials of other brands/​types until she found one that was acceptable. If only more businesses could be this professional…

I am very unhappy with Incredible Eye care. *Make sure you get paperwork for the estimate of all charges for all work and appointments. *
For instance, I was told that my contact lens fitting would be $ 60 through my insurance.
When I came back for the fitting they said they didn’t don’t charge enough so I had to pay more. I don’t remember how much, $ 20 or $ 40 I think. Then I was charged for 2 appointments that were supposed to be follow up visits. Even when I have clarified with the staff that they would be free!
I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a business in my life!

I have been to many eye care providers over the past 50 years but Incredible Eye Care is by far the best. Dr. Ng was very thorough and uses the most up to date equipment. He explained every procedure before he did them. He was very concerned about diagnosing any medical problems visible thorough the eye.
Jenn and Hector were great when it came time to pick out new glasses. They spent more time on explaining the advantages of one frame over another than any previous optical professional that I have been to in the past. They really care about you and your happiness with your new glasses.

I can’t say enough about them. The optometrist was very skilled, nice, and very thorough. Their staff including Claudia, Hector and Violet couldn’t have been more efficient, professional and nice. I highly recommend anyone to go to this place. They have awesome prices and amazing glasses. The whole staff is very personable and caring. I felt a sense of ease and comfort when I left today. I wouldn’t go to any other place again for my vision exams and glasses.

First thing you need to know is this group is nothing but the best. Customer service is number one, and they go above and beyond all expectations. You will get the highest quality service and the highest quality selection in glasses and eyewear. l I am a returning customer, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, with or without insurance!

Summary: A very pleasant office. Everybody was very friendly and attentive. All of the various areas within are clean and nicely presented. Dr. Ng is very professional. Exam prices are a bit high, though, and I had to wait a while to begin.
I had a 5:30pm appointment on Wednesday and showed up at around 5:10pm since this was my first visit and would require some filling out of paperwork. Despite my earliness, it was after 6pm by the time I started my pre-​exam tests. I observed that another person had also been scheduled for a 5:30pm appointment, which seemed odd to me given that there was only one doctor in at that time.
Once I started my pre-​testing, I worked through a series of familiar and unfamiliar machines. The peripheral vision check I was used to, but there was a cornea mapping device that has concentric red circles along the inside that was new to me. Afterward, I went into the office and did some more basic tests with the letter charts, color-​blindness tests, and depth perception checks. It also included eye numbing and a pressure test. I was going to be dilated, but the technician asked if I had asthma (which I do), and refrained from it. Personally, I prefer not to be dilated, so a note to everyone: you don’t have to be dilated if you prefer not to, or if you have asthma. I believe there are machines that can facilitate additional in-​depth testing if needed during an exam without the need for dilation. Then, I was told to just sit tight while the doctor finished up with the other patient.
About 10 minutes later, Dr. Ng came in and introduced himself. He looked over my current prescription for contacts and asked some questions, then proceeded to do his exam. He was very thorough, explained what he was seeing in simple terms, and congratulated me for reading the ⁵⁄₂₀ line when looking through the adjusted lenses machine (something he hadn’t observed in 15 years, apparently). He also got out a sample pair of contacts for me to try on and then checked those out as well. Overall, he was very professional, friendly, and seemed to know his practice well.
Following my exam, I returned to the waiting area where a technician went over my insurance coverage with me and told me how much I owed. Previously, I had gone to the LensCrafters in Del Amo Mall for my exams. Typically, my insurance covered the exam 100%. Here, there was a $ 75 contact lens exam charge. However, at the LensCrafters, 6 months of lenses was also covered by my insurance, minus $ 18 that I would owe, whereas here I paid $ 55 for a whole year’s supply. The cost of the exam was surprising, but overall it was good enough that I plan to come back.
