This is by FAR the worst sub contractor I have encountered in more than 20 years of professional commercial construction management.
They perform poor quality work, have untrained crews, don’t communicate or take responsibility and avoid any opportunity to improve their performance by coordinating with on management.
They make up their own works hours, have minimal tools and equipment and no capacity performance evaluations.
They require most money up front, either because they are underfunded or are trying to skip out on coley ion of work.
Avoid them at all costs!
