Impressive! Very refreshing to know that a company like this still exists! I spent several days and several phone calls researching a half dozen local businesses that could tune-​up my son’s manual wheelchair. One other well-​known medical business located in Torrance’s Civic district didn’t even bother to return a message I was asked to leave by an answering machine. (That was 4 days ago, and I still haven’t heard from them.) However, Jose of IMS, returned my call the same day and his information helped me decide at that moment to patronize their services. The morning we entered the storefront, each of the staff members made certain we were being helped. Gold stars for that alone! After a short wait, Jose returned with the tuned-​up wheelchair, and had evaluated that no other parts needed replacing on this 6 yr old wheelchair. Much to our surprise, he did not charge us anything for the tune-​up! I was left with my jaw hanging open! This company definitely knows how to treat its customers which will guarantee future patronage! Excellent experience!

I have contacted many people regarding installing grab bars, but somehow something always came up and I did not get my bars installed until I found Integrated Medical Supplies. I spoke
to Bianca a few days ago and today I got my grab bars installed. Jose and Jesus did a fantastic job and their prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received.
Quality work at a fair price. You can’t beat that.

We received excellent service for installation of shower and toilet grab bars. They even installed my new shower head fixture that I didn’t even purchase from them, for free!

I recently had to start taking care of my 86 year old grandpa and I needed to many different kinds of medical equipment that I felt lost. I found integrated medical and I am so grateful I did!!! As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is so positive and welcoming. And the workers there are so friendly and funny! They almost feel like family. They helped me out with a lot of my questions. I would recommend this place to everyone.
