Oh man, their really is something special about this store that keeps me coming back. Every time i go to this store it really is a great experience, from seeing all the smiles on everyone’s faces to seeing the sandwich being sliced and made right before my eyes. May i mention the young man that made my sandwich, i think his name was Mo? He really went out of his way to lift me up and make me laugh when i told him i was having a bad day. He has really nice hair by the way. Those are the type of people that need to be recognized and promoted. Every time i go in, i leave with a huge smile and a happy tummy. That’s what keeps me coming back. I also agree with what the young man below me said, «Mike’s Way or No Way ».

Decided to stop off at this JM before work one day and it’s been part of a weekly routine ever since. Always get greeted with a smile upon walking in and receive great customer service until I’m walking out the door — the amazing subs and A1 customer service from everyone behind the counter keeps me coming back. This Jersey Mikes is right by my house and my goodness… I cant stay away! I used to get the 13 every time(Mikes Way of course) but then I ventured over to the hot subs and they were too. Ive been working my way through the menu but the 13 will always hold a special place in my heart. I highly recommend this place as it blows away the quality and taste of other sandwich chains *cough cough* Subway. I just had to write a review for my go to spot and dont be a stranger if you see me there! Pro tip: Get the chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo ;)

I use to come to this jersey mikes from Gardena because I happen to stumble upon it while I was waiting on getting my car serviced at a nearby dealership and my first experience coming here about 9mo ago was amazing! The manager was so engaging, he had a crowd of customers laughing and playing some game rather than getting impatient and complaining and the staff had such great moral it was like being in a deli back home in NJ where everyone know you and remembers you, I swear This place use to have the best customer service and not to mention the best bread out of all the jersey mikes I’ve been to and now it’s literally like going to a subway. The customer service sucks, the staff was so unhappy, the skinny blonde girl that was making my sandwich looked like she hated her life and job she had the most miserable look and attitude it kind of made me lose my appetite, their meat slicer looked disgusting I don’t know what happened but the management must have changed or its under new ownership? because it went from being 5 stars to no stars if I had the option, seriously disappointed because the one in Gardena is no better, must be the same owner

Did not care for their Philly cheesesteak at all. In my opinion, the Meat was very low grade and terrible tasting. The sauce and bread were ok, but the meat was so bad it was barely ediable. It tasted like if Carl’s Jr did a Philly cheese steak. I guess I expected a lot more for a $ 9 sandwich.

I don’t care if they’re a chain. I love their roast beef«mike’s way». If I’m gonna spend that much on a chain restaurant sandwich, id rather spend it here and not Quizno’s.

Being from Brooklyn, a sub from Jersey wouldn’t normally be my first choice… but when everyone I knew said I’d love it. .I tried it out. Of course I got the«Original Italian» as its my namesake. .lol the meat combo with the spicy spread, lettuce & vinegar completed the sub. I’m such a fan now.

I went to jersey mikes recently and I was shocked to see the disgusting dirty meat slicer they use. Whenever you order a sandwich that has meat or cheese they slice them on this meat slicer. This meat slicer looks as if it is never cleaned. It had bits of dried nasty looking food on it. It was a huge turn-off. Seeing this I decided to get the tuna because it didn’t involve the meat slicer. They put a nice amount of tuna on the sandwich, but they are sooo skimpy with the veggies. They literally put 3 slivers of onions and like 4 of the thinnest slices of tomatoes. So I kept asking for extra put they would barely put anyone. I got the giant, which was huge. It was a good size. I also got provolone cheese(I did not know at that time they sliced the cheese on the meat slicer). I got the sandwich to-go and went home and started eating it. After a few bites I saw chunks of dried meat on my cheese. That was such a bad experience. It’s disgusting. They really need to clean the equipment. The tuna itself tasted nice and the bread was good. The service was good, but too. I probably won’t be back anytime soon. I think I’ll stick to subway from now on.

Mike’s way veggie and Mike’s way tuna… dear god its awesome! And the are super nice as well. My wife would love the fact that they offer to clean the equipment and change gloves after every order.

My first time here I did not know what to expect, I ordered a classic, The service was very fast and very friendly, I forget the name of the meat basically it was a very thin slice type of ham, also with salami and I forget what else, And of course lettuce tomato and oil on top, hands-down one of the best cold cut sandwiches I’ve had. That was about four months ago, I’m coming here tonight for the first time in 2016 and my mouth is already watering in anticipation.

Phenomenal service today. Went in for my second time, and one of the crew members was helping me decide on a sandwich. Told him that the last time I visited my sandwich was made incorrectly, and he apologized and ensured that this one would be exactly as I wanted. The entire staff was very engaging, and they gave me free avocado on my sandwich and a cookie to compensate for my last visit. It is a tad bit pricey, but seems to be healthier than Quiznos and Subway so l’ll stick to this place. My sandwich was really good, and service was spectacular.

My favorite sandwich is the #13 Italian, mike’s way. It’s always soooo good. I like how the meat and cheese are sliced to order. I’m not sure if it’s what makes their sandwiches a cut above subway or what but I’ve never been disappointed by Jersey Mike’s. I’ve also had a turkey and provolone which is also a good option.

When you walk into this establishment you are greeted by a sandwich maker who would rather be anywhere else. I can handle that considering I do not always enjoy being at work. My three stars is more representative of having to wipe off any table that was available. Had I access to s broom. I might have used it. I’d hate to take a peek behind the counter.

Normally I would give this place a 4, even a 4.5…The food is great, prices are a bit high, but since the food is good, I am ok with it. My wife and I eat here pretty consistently, and have no real issues. Today left me a little ticked though… I went in to get lunch for us, the guy at the register was the only one at the counter. I walked over to order and waited for a min. When he saw that no one else was coming out, he asked for my order, very simple, no real conversation(I was the only one in line). I ordered my wifes meal, then he wrote the order down, handed me a slip, said meet him at the register… Was actually pretty hungry, but since he didn’t ask if I wanted anything else, F it…(and i can’t say he might have thought it was my meal I ordered, he asked about the toppings and I said, put whatever is supposed to be on it, I am not eating it, it is for my wife…) Another customer comes in after I order and I am paying now, then all of a sudden, a couple people come out from the back, the cashier that was almost silent with me was very engaged now… and they were all talking about going on a trip… just an awkward experience all together today…

The service here is so bad, I can’t even believe it! They are literally nuts! We asked them to put a couple thin slices of peperoni on a ham sandwich, and it was absolutely 100% impossible to do, as a ham sandwich doesn’t come with peperoni. The joke is, my wife and I hate this place, and cringed every time my son asked to go there. They actually refused to put it on his sandwich, so now we’re in the clear, which is a good thing given how unhealthy their sandwiches are. Update — I heard from Chris the manager today. He explained that the employees were trained not to modify the sandwich in any way(no peperoni on ham sandwich, no matter what)! He offered to ensure this wouldn’t happen going forward, assuming I agreed to call in ahead of each visit and ask for him(no joke here). I explained that I probably wouldn’t do that. I’m sure Chris is a nice guy, but I can clearly see that Jersey Mikes is a VERY«interesting» company. I do want to be clear, I also offered to provide payment for the pepperoni, but I guess this place has its rules and a ham sandwich means only a ham sandwich. I will remember jersey mikes like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld, only they are the sandwich Nazi’s «no sandwich for you»!

Jersey mikes is okay. I feel as if their sandwiches are more for guys as they are very big and carry mostly meat. Their sandwiches are pricey but you do get big sandwiches. They do offer some vegetables but it is mostly meats on their menu. They also carry soups and pastries. They have a soda and tea machine to accompany your sandwiches. Staff is great and friendly. Always patient in case you are indecisive in what to order. This location isn’t too bad. They have lots of tables to dine inside and outside as well. Also ample Peking available to park and go inside.

I freaking love Jersey Mike’s. I can’t believe I only discovered this place a few months ago. I always drove past, thinking it was just another sub-par(HAHA sorry, I had to) sandwich joint. But I was so wrong! For starters, they slice all the meats and cheeses right in front of you, so you know right off the bat that its FRESH. My favorite(and actually only sandwich I’ve tried so far) is the Club Sub, done up «Mike’s Way» as they like the advertise. This«way» includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olive oil, a red wine vinaigrette and salt and pepper. Its so good, minus tomatoes. The ingredients here are of great quality, which you have to take into account when you see the prices. That’s the ONLY thing that bums me out about this place. I definitely would come back more often if it weren’t so pricey. But I like to splurge every now and again because the subs are THAT delicious. *They also have a rewards program where you can earn points with each purchase and apply them to future sub purchases! Don’t forget to sign up!

I came here yesterday and got the Big Kahuna with pickles and pepperocini. Wow, it was so delicious. From the perfectly seasoned beef to the cheese, mushrooms and peppers… it was all tasty. I tried the chipotle mayo on the side and it was good too. The cashier guy was really cool. P. S. I got a free cookie since it was my first time!
