Took both of my daughters, aged 5 and 3 to this office. Same complaint as previous reviewer. Made it a point to ask whether they accepted the Aetna network insurance. Was clearly told by the staff that they were a network provider, only to find out after the office visits that they are not a network provider. Office staff was rude and very unprofessional. One of the front desk ladies hung the phone up on both my wife and myself when we called to complain. Plenty of other good, professional pediatric dentist practices in Torrance. Avoid this office!

Be warned the office staff will pull the bait and switch on you. I gave them my insurance account number and group number for pre-​approval the front office said it was OK that they checked and all was good. So I made the appointment and had the work done weeks later I get a bill for 3 times the normal cost so I called the office. She said we don’t take your insurance you have to pay the full amount.
I asked what happen to my pre-​approval she said I never told you that. Do you really think I would go to your office if you are not a network provider? Your are either too old to be doing that job or you pulled the bait and switch. I have filled a claim with the Calif. Dept. of Insurance and the calif. Dental board. You will not see one cent until this case is closed.
WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!
