Labcorp

The front window staff are rude and DO NOT SMILE or greet patients in a welcoming manner! They ripped off, without reading, the printed instructions from my doctor and asked me if I wanted it back. I told them those instructions are for you. The waiting room is empty. I am still waiting and I have a scheduled appointment with them. They are busy taking about someone’s new Maltese dog!

I guess i lucked out because the receptionist lady I encountered (african american lady) was friendly, laughed and had a good sense of humor! The phlebotomist (white, thin, blond lady) was really nice and professional as well. I do however have to agree with some ofthe other Unilocalers about this place in regards to the waiting room area being the size of a closet. (My only reason for dropping 2 stars) I think with the huge amount of volume of patients they get at this location, they should invest in an office space with a much larger waiting area. It’s almost as bad as sitting in an airplane seating…

Outstanding location & crew. Just did a walk-​in biometrics for me & wife. Both done in under 45 mins. I hate!!! Neddles. They stuck me and in less than an explanation of where we, re going for breakfast I was done. Will go back again & again. Have no problems recommending this crew to anyone.

the staff is really rude and the receptionist is making comments like «as you can see the room is full and the wait is about an hour» plus there is no eye contact when you walk in. this is the worst lab Corp. the staff doesn’t know where to put the patients at and I had to go to 2 different rooms

came here again to get lab’s drawn and the staff is still rude from before like they don’t care. they think that you can read their mind but this is regarding the front desk.

It’s bad that I have to follow the bad comments about this place. The receptionist is very rude and unapproachable. Not all are like that, there was one person that was very friendly. Our was it the laughing gas.

World’s rudest secretary. Working in the health care field, we are taught to have some sort of compassion. I don’t know where the hell the office found their staff, but they are definitely the staff from hell. The wait is ridiculous, with or without an appointment. The only reason I stayed to be seen was simply out of necessity for school. There’s no way in hell I would come back or send anyone else I know here. I wish Unilocal would leave us the option of 0 stars because they don’t even deserve half of 1.

Go to another one the person here is a big grump who things she is doing you a favor. Always a long wait, so if you go here make an appointment. Don’t bother filling your info out on line cause she will make you do it again. I love the people at the office by Little Company of Mary, always friendly. I always have to do a lot of lab work so I know. It’s also like a closet in here.
