What a great day. on top of that we got quality clothes for plus size ladies! Thank u guys! U guys are always smiling and alqays glad to assist anyone wothout judging!

While I love lane Bryant for their bras, their sales associates are quite pushy. I’m shopping for UNDERWEAR I don’t need a 20 something year old woman checking on me every 5 seconds. I could understand once or twice, but it was literally 20 different times. Like if I keep telling you I don’t need help, STOP asking. If I needed help I would ask. Push salespeople are a turnoff, so if it wasn’t urgent that I got my bras today then I would have left. Without the sales people this review would be 5 stars, but it’s not. Please work on this, I understand you guys are eager to make sales, but there are other ways to do it besides breathing down my neck.

I am very grateful to have the customer service that these wonderful ladies always give, I always find myself going back to my favorite store and the manager and staff completely friendly, great attitudes, always helpful take the initiative to find a similar item if not in stock. I was so pleased with stores new edgy look and will continue o go back with friends and family. Totally recommend this Torrance store …

Gotta give it up to the ladies here, they were so helpful in my most recent bra debacle. I won’t go into too much detail, but I’ll tell you, when sizing is an issue, they stepped up and helped out even though it was closing time. I wish I remembered their names (there’s a guy who works there who always seems to be on his way out when I arrive who never helps.) but kudos for great customer service from the gals.
