Wonderful staff. Attentive. Professional. Friendly. Dr. Rubin has a pleasant bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I’m rather surprised to read that review from Christie K. From what I’ve seen he is nothing like what is represented in that review and I’ve been going there for a very long time. You won’t make a mistake going there and seeing Dr. Rubin.

Absolutely horrible experience. I waited 40 min to be called. The whole time I heard Dr Rubin verbally abuse and yell at his staff. I have never experienced such unprofessional ism at a medical office. It was completely unnerving. On top of that, when I was finally called in expecting to have an apt with Dr Yu, they told me she wasn’t here yet. They didn’t even notify me ahead of time. Highly DO NOT recommend this whole office.

Just saw Dr. Rubin for a potential ingrown toenail. Thankfully, it wasn’t! Dr. Rubin was very friendly and informative. He didn’t want to do any procedure that wasn’t necessary. He fixed me up and sent me on my way to nurse it a bit for a few days. I really thought he was upfront and honest, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. I’d gladly recommend Dr. Rubin for any foot problems.
