I purchased a mattress on Tuesday and had it delivered on Wednesday as promised. Neil was knowledgable while going through what’s available on the market down to the difference in material. I enjoy when someone specializes and understands their craft. Delivery went well. Driver showed up on time and willing to work. He took the new mattress upstairs, unwrapped and placed it on the bed frame. Even took the trash with him. I would recommend Leeds if you’re looking for a mattress or good conversation about the mattress industry. If I remember I will give updated review, as time passes, on how it holds up.

Before buying your mattress you have to go here. On December, my husband and I bought a full mattress for our son. Neil helped us. He was helpful, knowledgeable & kind. We went the first time to check prices, then we shopped around, and decided to go back. I called him a Saturday, it was 6pm, he was closing and he waited for us. He gave us a great price, great service, & and the matress was delivered a day before was promised. Thank you Neil :)

Well I thought he was a great guy. We got a super deluxe type bed that we wanted to get it, it was adjustable and is very comfortable. You get a great price. I hated how a few people can be rude to a nice person. This is the reason I am writing the review. If you’re looking for a deal The deals are here. we got our bed custom-​made which made my wife very happy. Happy wife happy life. It also save my pocketbook.

I’ve know Neil with the Deal Leeds for a long time now and he’s always been one of the kindest and hardest working people I’ve known. He keeps his store immaculately clean and he treats his customers as if they were family. I won’t be beat!

Terrible service. Went in with my family and the sales associate was on the phone the entire time. As we left he followed us outside the store saying «he would pray for us.»
He came back out a Second time pointing to a bible verse as we drove off. Maybe he should put down the bible for a bit and read the customer service handbook instead! Lady’s and gentlemen stay far far away this place is crazy!

Came here on wed at 1030 and it was closed!!! Waited for 10 min for someone to show up. Nothing. Called number but didn’t go through. What kind of business is this? If you’re going to leave, you should leave a message on the door. Too bad they just lost my business.

Laying on my new Leeds mattress and it is fantastic !! Thank you so much Neil for an incredible deal !! Shopped around for a mattress for about 2 days now, and I am so happy now that I can be done with all of this mattress shopping! All I can say is I wish this was my first stop, because I could have saved my time, and whole weekend off of work instead of looking for a damn mattress! Lol well at least I know where to begin and end my mattress shopping experience next time. I WONT BE BEAT !
