make sure you get a signed contract with this guy! he added an extra $ 400 at the end of the job for his miscalculation of linear brick work, and he does a crappy job of clean up at the end of the job… to top it off he got verbally threatening in front of my wife and kids. i would pay in checks made out to his name and he would immediately cash them in order to avoid paying taxes… $ 16,400 job… never again …
